''Le Cottage de la Plage'' is located in the center of the charming seaside resort of Cabourg, 500m from the beach, 300m from shops and restaurants and only 150m from the Cabourg Market which is full of the delicious specialties offered by the Normandy. The Cottage de la Plage is an old house built in stone and brick at the beginning of the 20th century by an architect whose name appears on the facade. It has all the modern comfort necessary for a pleasant holiday as well as a trendy charming decoration. You also have two very useful bathrooms when you come back from the beach. You can also enjoy its sunny terrace of 20m2 and the balcony of one of the bedrooms.

Sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels and end of stay cleaning are included in the rental price.

Une merveilleuse semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable dans cette jolie maison avec nos 2 filles (5 ans et 2 mois). Après un premier contact très sympathique avec les propriétaires quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons été gentiment accueillis par leurs voisins qui nous ont remis les clefs.La maison est très belle et idéalement placée près du centre et de la plage tout en étant au calme, on s'y sent très bien. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds pendant 1 semaine ce qui est évidemment très appréciable. On y serait bien resté une semaine de plus!

Je suis ravie que vous ayez passé de si bonnes vacances en famille, Il est vrai que le confort et la tranquillité de notre maison sont ses plus grands atouts, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Agréable maison pour famille de 4

Située idéalement près des halles et du centre ville, très proche de la plage, cette maison est parfaite pour une famille de 2 adultes et deux enfants. Tout en étant pour autant au calme ! Location chaudement recommandée .

Super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Zentrale Lage in Cabourg. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der tolle Sandstrand ist zu Fuß ohne Auto erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto findet man immer. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Dekoration ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter / der Nachbarin ist gut und freundlich. Wir haben in diesem Urlaub sie Liebe zu Frankreich entdeckt.

La maison est propre, confortable et il ne manque rien. Elle est très bien située, au calme et c'est un vrai bonheur de pouvoir tout faire à pieds. En plus nous avons eu beau temps. On y retournera avec plaisir

Il est vrai que la maison est idéale pour tout faire à pied, que ce soit pour se rendre au marché, dans le centre de Cabourg ou à la plage. Et elle reste par ailleurs située dans un endroit calme, lumineux et verdoyant avec le petit square arboré et fleuri qui lui fait face.
