Everything was very clean and plenty of space. Comfortable living areas and the downtown area had everything you would need for your stay. We did not take advantage of the shuttle, but we were able to see sites that were a couple hours away.

We rented this home to attend our son’s wedding at Grand Targhee. It was so disappointing to spend 3 hours cleaning-to have the home not smell musty. Obviously the carpets have not been cleaned in years and the area rugs as well. The home has patched paint from what looks like holes in the walls, picknick bench and deck were broken and unusable.Clearly the home was loved at some point, not now.The location is wonderful and the beds were comfortable and the refrigerator very clean and roomy. We expected more for the price point. OK.Definitely rode hard and put away wet

We didn't receive the advertized welcome package. The grill was pretty dirty and old enough it was a fire hazard fire hazard. And the propane wasn't being checked between stays so it was pretty low.Overall, it's a nice place, but it's definitely a fixer upper, between the ghetto camera wiring, the back deck being unaccessible, and back porch feeling pretty rickety. It gets the job done, but it's not winning any awards.

Our family of 9 had a fabulous time at this location. Spacious and very accommodating, great little scenery from the backyard, and kitchen well stocked for groups. Drive into Teton easy and beautiful.

The host was very very nice and accomdating however, she lives in europe and the communication was delayed at times, which ended up in some unnecssary compications. She was accomodating once contacted and made it good, but because of the lack of prompt response the reservations and refunds that were required in the transaction became complicated and unnecessary in the end. I'm not sure as well that she is aware that the garage at the property was quite cluttered with things and we were not able to park in the garage. The property, although nice and accomodating was quite cluttered, THere were broken items on both of the decks of the property which gave the property and unkept appearance. It was nice, however for our three families and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The property is getting dated and one of sthe bathroom upstairs had a door that didn't close well and fan that was quite noisey.

Quaint & Comfortable

My family (ages 12 - 80) were very comfortable in the condo. We liked that it was centrally located between Jackson and West Yellowstone. The condo was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed (except for a hot tub). The children were entertained by the many games and puzzles available! It was very pleasant!

We had a great time got to see a lot. Went to grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Only the outside grill did not work well. No air conditioning but after the first day the temperature outside was cooler. All in all a great stay.

We rented this property for a 34 night ski-cation stay between Feb 1 and Mar 7 2026. While we appreciated the location on ski hill road, our rating primarily reflects the numerous maintenance and upkeep related issues we encountered - gas cooktop was missing knobs for 1 week, patio amenities were broken (most never fixed), main entry door deadbolt and knob were wonky (were replaced after 2 weeks), a dining room chair was broken (never fixed), a towel bar was broken (replaced after 2.5 weeks), some kitchen cabinet door knobs were broken or missing, floors were not very clean, most frying pans need to be replaced, 2nd floor deck off sitting area has a broken ratty looking wicker bench and a dead bird on it,… The owners seem kind enough and were reasonably responsive to our communications but I think that they are out-of-state owners who are trying to manage the property from afar, which makes it very difficult for them to make sure that it is cleaned and maintained the way it should be. We made the best of things during our stay but this property needs some TLC and attention in order for it to truly be a “luxurious tri-level townhome” as it’s described in the VRBO listing.

Run… cancelled 2 hrs prior to check in.

They cancelled my reservation 30 min from landing after flying from east coast and 2 hrs prior to checkin. All they could say was it failed in inspection, would not elaborate on what kind of inspection. Offered no help in locating new accommodations. Then told me these things happen search for. New place on vrbo and “don’t let it ruin your vk” they left me with nowhere to sleep thousands of miles from home with 5 children under 8 and 2 senior citizens. When questioned why it was showing as available to rent 5 min after being cancelled I got no response. Horrible run from this listing unless you want to end up without a place to stay!

We were so sorry to have this happen. After 10 years of renting this was the only time it has failed inspection and we couldn’t let your family stay at the time. It was very unfortunate. We were able to get your full refund and work with VRBO to get you similar accommodation. As we said earlier what an awful set of circumstances and we were so sorry that it happened. Happy that VRBO took care of the situation

Great family property

We had 6 adults and 5 children 3 and under. Yep. We called it family vacation. Lol. There is the cutest little playroom for the kids which they found on their own. The bedrooms were perfect. Some with just one bed and others with multiple beds perfect for families. Each room had it's own bathroom. The garage came in handy since we brought a family van for travel and a sports convertible for date nights. The town is situated between Jackson Hole and West Yellowstone, West Yellowstone being a tad further but zero traffic verses Jackson which was always congested. For the days when the kids were tired of driving, we adventured around the complex which was fun. There's a little pond and a pathway. We bought a blow up pool and put it on the deck. They LOVED that. We never felt cramped and we are a large in stature family. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We all have expensive beds at home. We all expected to be sore. Yet, we were not. Wifi was more than adequate. And finally, the owners were very responsive. There are always questions. It's not if, it's how they are handled. These owners were very responsive.

Great place

This condo had everything we needed. However there are a few things about that need to be mentioned. There are no outlets in the 3rd floor bathroom. The Nespresso machine is an original so if you’re bringing your own that’s the style you need to bring. The thermostat had a low battery so we had to change them, thankfully there were some in the junk drawer. The stove top’s plastic knobs don’t work so we had to move the metal piece underneath them to get it to light and control gas. So use with caution until it is fixed so you don’t have a gas leak in the house. There is a fridge in the garage and it was in the way for us to pull the car in all the way. We had to park outside. There is too much furniture in the 2nd floor loft to pull out the futon. There is a lot of leftover food in there so you might want to check dates before eating anything. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Some of these things aren’t the owners fault so I gave the place 4 stars because of it. It might be time for go over and really look at the property.

Overall the property wasnt clean. The kitchen sink suction didnt work. The water in all the washrooms was muddy. And a lot of stuff inside the house. A lot of dust. The house needs a thorough cleaning and removal of clutter from inside the house. Due to the clutter the kids had very small space to move around. The property is located at a good location, but needs a facelift to attract customers.

When we arrived the first thing we noticed was how sticky the floor was and second, how small the main area is compared to pictures and third how many lightbulbs were burnt out. As for bedrooms they seem very accurate and spacious but for the main area, patience was needed to work around each other. We had 6 adults. So the hubbys went around taking bulbs from other rooms to put into critical areas such as the bathrooms etc. the toilet “closet” for example was burnt out. (Curious how one cleans well in the dark) As listing says, there is no AC but two out of four fans were not functional, and no welcome basket as mentioned. I did message host about these things and they replied the next day which was fine because they were oversees. They didn’t have time for the basket and said they can have someone bring by lightbulbs but we already spent time switching them around. They also said we can go buy fans and they would refund us. We chose to not do this since we had enough on our plate. No wash cloths and limited towels also . I’ll attach pictures of the space. The pictures another reviewer posted back in March are still accurate. Overall, the place got the job done, but a bit to much oversight for us to want to book this place again.
