3 Bed/2 Bath Executive Ground Level Waterfront Condo w/ slip - Clearwater Condos

This Luxury Condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from inside the condo or out on the large screened in porch.

The unit is spacious and beautifully furnished yet user friendly with a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen's wrap around bar comfortably seats 6 and 4 more at the table just off the kitchen provides a lot of sit down eating area.

The master suite has a private bath, king size bed, & flat screen TV and has its own private slider which opens up on to the spacious deck. The other two bedrooms on the main level share the use of the common bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom via a pocket door. This bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and is very close to the common bathroom. The deck is also a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage at night.

Clearwater Condo's is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect your fellow Vacationers and abide by these rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit or bring pets. Treat our home like it is yours for family gatherings, quiet peaceful get-aways. We know you will create many wonderful memories in our little piece of paradise.

This also comes with slip for parking watercraft

Lake Stay

Michelle’s place was a very clean, well-stocked condo that has the convenience of being ground level with only 2 steps to the boat docks. There was a variety of boat slip sizes to pick from for those traveling with a boat and detailed instructions for trailer parking. Our family loved our week staying there and would definitely book again.

Great Cove to dock boat and enjoy

Family vacation.Large condo living space and table to play cards at night. Big deck screened in with confortable seating and ceiling fans. I would higly recommend. Slept 6 comfortably.

Great stay, right by the lake. The condo was very well furnished and the place was clean. Beds were comfortable and parking was available. Would stay here again.

Good location for golf trip.

The condo was as advertised. It was close to Lake Valley golf course, where we were playing. We enjoyed staying there.

Clean, but needed a few details

The place was nice, but we were unaware of the fact that you could not swim off the dock in the lake. This was a big disappointment. There were 6 of us and only 4 coffee cups and we had to make a run to the dollar general to get a new can opener, since the one there was broken. I left the new one there. Otherwise, the place was nice and clean and the owners very responsive.

Great place! Had decent amount of kitchen stuff to cook with. Steps from the dock to fish.

Wonderful place

The condo was clean and the owner was super responsive when we had questions. The beds were FANTASTIC! We met so many new people and had a great time on the lake with family. We will be back next year!

Clean and cozy!

This property has great furniture and appliances, not to mention an all around beautiful aesthetic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent here again in the future. It was perfect for our family of four - with enough space for everyone to relax and come together while still having room to spread out.

The best part of the lake

This property is on the quiet side of the lake. Great for watersports, coving out and fishing. Easy to get to restaurants by boat on the main channel amd close to town if you need anything. Larry Gale access is a great plave to launch your boat on this part of the lake. Our host was amazing. We will be back.

PERFECT place!

It was exactly how the pictures represent it. My family and I were talking about returning to this place again because we liked it so much! Only one thing - I'd rather have the cleaning fees included in the upfront cost that we pay online before arrival.

Great Place to Stay

Condo is furnished very nicely and very clean. Had all the essentials we needed for our stay. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Very nice screened in patio facing the lake. Dock was a short walk from the condo and with it being on the bottom floor there were just 2 steps out the patio to the walkway that went to the dock.
