Perfect Location for Summit Skiing

Perfect property for a family ski trip. Location to the slopes, game room and hot tub made for a perfect house for family ski weekend.

Floors were filthy Old food on BBQ no utensils to clean it Kitchen sink clogged, garbage disposal doesn’t work 2nd time staying there, not sure I would again

Older property, but the location next to Snow Summit is great

This property is a bit older, though many things inside have been re-done. If you are looking for somewhere close to Snow Summit, you can't beat the location. Its literally right next to the parking lot, easily walkable. There is plenty of parking and the condo fit two families of four comfortably. Since the condo is a little older, there are some things that felt like they could be cleaned up a bit, like small holes in the wall or old carpet and paint. The main living space was clean, but a couple things felt a tad dusty, and there were spiders in the upper corners of the downstairs bathroom. Overall, pretty minor though. A little disappointed in the game room. There were games but most were missing pieces. There were no darts for the dartboard, no foosball for the foosball table, the beanbag toss boards were broken. The skeeball and basketball worked though. The hot tub worked and was fairly clean. The property management company was great and quick to respond to a small request for ant bait and a battery for a smoke detector. We would stay here again for the location alone.

Awesome location right down street from Snow summit! Literally walkable less than 5 min walk.

Loved the location! I was pleasantly surprised! I had always wanted to stay at those houses next to the ski resort and that's what this place gave us! Literally steps away less than 5 min away 2nd row of houses right next to Snow summit parking lot. Can't beat that! We'll actually I guess if you had the 1st row you could but was still awesome! Host was great and responsive!

Excellent ski lodge

Was looking for a place with a great location, space and would be as advertised. I can say with certainty that this was everything it was listed as. Only steps away from the mountain, this is everything you'd want for a weekend getaway. The check in is easy and smooth, they make themselves readily available if you have any questions, so it comes highly recommended!

Never again

Hot tub was Murky and had grey foam floating. Kitchen sink won’t drain because the disposal was jammed and the property managers way to address was to disconnect the power to it! I twisted my ankle because they carpeted over the heat vent in the bedroom and did have anything under it, so now in addition to an outrageous cost for a substandard rental I will now have a huge medical bill...
