Spacious and comfortable, the villa des Daules, welcomes you for a stay with family or friends.
Located only 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Le Verger, this 210 m2 villa, tastefully redecorated in 2021, is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings. Its beautiful living spaces and its large garden, with a brand new petanque court are the promise of an unforgettable stay in Cancale.

The assets of my seaside villa :
- Its large capacity and functionality are ideal for vacations with family or friends;
- The large garden with trees and fenced (1100 m2) with its terrace facing south and its petanque court;
- The access to the beach of the Orchard on foot;
- The access to the buses on foot;
- The quick access to the GR34;
- Pets can be admitted on request with extra charge
- The ease of parking: parking possible in the property and just in front of the house.

The inside of my seaside villa :

Bathed in light, the living room, with a surface area of about 40m2, invites you to convivial moments. The dining area has a large table to which a side table can be added to accommodate 14 guests. In the living room, the royal blue sofa provides an elegant and cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen, revamped with a lot of charm, is independent and fully equipped to allow you to concoct good food for your tribe.
One of the assets of this villa is its independent "Family room" with fireplace. It is a convivial leisure room with television allowing you to read, play or watch a movie without disturbing the others. This room has a convertible sofa offering a comfortable bed for 2 people. Adjacent to this recreational room, you will find a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

In addition to the sofa bed in the family room, the villa des Daules has 3 double bedrooms with a refined decoration and all equipped with storage space. The first room is located on the first floor and has a bed 140 X 200.
The other two double bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a 160 x 200 bed and a cot. The other has a 140 x 200 bed and a cot and also has a desk area.
On the first floor there is also a 45 m2 dormitory that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 children thanks to its two 90 X190 beds, its drawer bed and its bunk bed. A double bed 140X190 completes this dormitory

The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 on the first floor and 1 upstairs and 3 toilets.

The outside of my seaside villa :
The large, fully fenced garden with trees is the perfect place to share convivial moments and an ideal playground for children. Deckchairs, living room and garden tables are at your disposal as well as a barbecue for a successful vacation! Outdoor games are also provided by the owners for the children. And the latest addition: a pétanque court!

TO BE NOTED:
- Household linen is always optional and charged to the holidaymaker (€18 per person) except during the very high season from July 15 to August 15, when linen is included in the rental price for stays of 7 nights or more.
- The house is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults.
- The fireplace can only be used from 1 October to 31 March. Please note that it is located in a room that can also be used as a bedroom.
-A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and ensure that you have a pleasant stay on your departure. - Late arrivals after 20:00 are possible with a supplement of 40 € to be paid on arrival. We do not accept guests after midnight.
-The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals, Archipel Evasion, registered with Atout France under the number IM972130002 and holding an APST financial guarantee.
- A deposit of 600 € by bank pre-authorisation will be requested one week before your arrival. Pets can be accepted on request with an extra charge
