10-15 minute drive from Fort Sill. Property looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property for anyone who has plans to visit the area.

Short visit for son graduating basic training. The house was perfect and close to Fort Sill and lots of stuff in Lawton. Definitely recommend

Great location, amazing hosts! They were very accommodating. I also left my laptop by accident and they sent it to me. The house was clean and very beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

This home was perfect for our family (6 of us) to attend graduation at Fort Sill. It's located close to base. The home was clean, decor was comfortable and inviting, with special touches to show the host really cares! The long dining room table was set and decorated absolutely beautifully! We appreciated that the table could seat everyone. One bedroom has a big, wonderful corner desk which was perfect for our granddaughter to work on school work. Overall the place was quiet, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was very friendly and helpful, replied quickly to questions promtly. Thank you Russ!

Good with a few needs areas

There were small spiders in the bed in bedroom #4. In bedroom #1 there was a foul order. The carpet in all bedrooms needs replacing. There was no access to local cable service. The dishwasher start button was mostly worn out. WiFi was in and out. There was broken flooring covered with rugs and very squeaky in bedroom #1. The location was good and a big fenced in backyard.

After reviewing your comments, the homeowner wanted to address the following:- We are sorry you encountered spiders during your stay; an exterminator has since treated the property to eliminate this issue.- We apologize for the odor you experienced in Bedroom 1; we have since shampooed the carpet and addressed the smell.- The WiFi issues you encountered were due to a service provider problem during your visit, but they have since worked to resolve it.- We appreciate you mentioning the other maintenance concerns and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any issues immediately.Thank you for your helpful feedback—it allows us to continually improve the experience for future guests.

Nice house, not perfect, but adequate for our needs. We were there for three nights for basic training graduation. The bedrooms were generously sized and the mattresses were all very comfortable. There was enough space in the front bedroom for my granddaughter’s port a crib to stay up and to still have room to walk around. House is located on a main road with quite a bit of traffic but we couldn’t hear the traffic inside the house. My mother did note the neighbors dog woke her with its barking every morning. The house was mostly clean, bathrooms, floors, counters, etc were all quite clean but the cleaner needs to do a better job double checking the dishes to make sure they’re clean. We found several with egg residue. There were also biscuits left in the microwave. There was an issue with the AC that my husband addressed with the contact. They responded promptly and scheduled a repair but it couldn’t be fixed before we left. Outside daytime temps were over 105. At one point the daytime temperature in the house was over 80. It was so hot outside the 80 felt comfortable. The AC problem lead to another issue at bedtime. Too warm for the comforters and there were no lightweight blankets. We had 7 people staying and on family day we had 8 during the day. Not enough room for everyone to sit. My sons were sitting on the floor so we could all visit. We weren’t outside long because it was so hot but there was a nice shady spot in the backyard to take pictures.

at first glance, the property was older, but acceptable. Everything appeared clean and in good working order. Couch in the family room needs to be replaced very worn out. carpets need to be cleaned. Our socks were black after walking around. no vent in the hallway bathroom, making it very steamy after showering. There is a window you can open if you want the neighbors to see you naked. beds were comfortable and clean. Be prepared to use your streaming services on all TVs. easy drive to Fort Sill, local shops, and grocery. When we were packing up, we we checked all drawers and under beds to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. To our surprise, found a used diaper under one of the beds. I would still recommend this property for low cost option. If you are traveling to see your son or daughter graduate from Boot Camp.
