この建築家が所有するビーチハウスは、長さ4 kmの見事なオマハビーチから100 mのところにあります。 テニスコートから40 mの場所にあり、テニスラケット、自転車2台、カヤック2台、サーフボード2台を備えています。

大きなスライドガラスドアは、片側のデッキと、反対側の屋根付きの中庭とバーベキューエリアに通じています。 マスターベッドルームには、海の景色とオマハビーチの南端を終点とするテキエポイントの快適な展望があります。 二段室は2番目のリビングエリアとしても機能し、NetflixとBoseサウンドバーを備えた大型のスマートテレビがあり、子供（すべての年齢層）に最適です。 ビルトインの二段ベッドは、すべての年齢のゲストに特別なお気に入りです。

設備の整ったキッチンにはエスプレッソマシンが付いています。 家には、以前のバッハの生活の思い出を想起させる現代的な家具とレトロな家具が混在しています。
特別な条件：
最小滞在日数は、平日は1泊（学校の休日以外で、週末を除くことが望ましい）、年間2泊、長い週末に3泊、クリスマスから年末年始に7泊です。

What a great stay

We love the area, there's so much to do nearby. The house itself was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. We had one query when we checked in and the owners responded straight away - great communication.

Perfect house for extended family stay

Perfect Family Time

This property is outstanding for a family break. Everything you expect for a perfect property to stay at is catered for. This is not the first time we have stayed at this property. Upon arrival, we knew we had made the right choice to stay again. Fabulous from start to finish.

Lovely stay !!

Amazing space to stay in. Well appointed. Great location. Great indoor outdoor flow. All communications and instructions were perfect, and would highly recommend. A lovely place to stay - everything we needed was provided.

The best wedding weekend

We booked this property for our wedding weekend in Matakana and this was the house for the bridal party as well as the bridesmaids the day of our wedding. This is one of the most beautiful properties; clean, open, spacious with a fire place and multiple areas to hang out. We also utilised the spa numerous times. The kitchen was stocked with staples and ample cutlery for a small family gathering I.e., plenty of cups, plates, glasses ect. Brenda was very responsive and provided simple instructions to maximise our stay. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Great family break

We spent 2 fun nights at this lovely house, which was so spacious and perfect for a large family gathering. We loved the outside fireplace and seating and the hot tub. The area was great with the tennis courts right next door and the beach an easy walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Just as good as the last time!

Second time for our girls group staying here and as expected it didn't disappoint! This place has everything you need, plenty of spaces for big groups, well appointed warm and private. The beach is super close, Matakana (and the famous farmers market) is a short car ride, as are plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Fantastic property, excellent location.

Lovely Home

A lovely relaxing family home to stay in. Everything you needed was on hand. A very short walk to the beach and the children’s play area. We made good use of the outdoor area and fireplace, perfect for families to relax around. Brenda is the perfect host. Thank you!

Amazing Break

A great property. Couldn't fault anything. All the information and requirements clearly detailed. The Spa Pool was great in this weather. A children's playground nearby. The beach just a beautiful short stroll. Food is home delivered from Warkworth. The coffee machine and the condiments just further added to a great stay. Brenda was easy to communicate with and gave us 2 hours extra for checkout as the cleaners were not due until later. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful bach Brenda !! Hope to come again in the near future

Incredible weekend stay

Fantastic property for a group of 5 girlfriends celebrating a special birthday. House is the perfect entertainment home for all weather occasions. We loved the outdoor fireplace area. Host very responsive. We definitely hope to be back.

Great house for holiday with extended family

This house was perfect for an inter-generational family holiday. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space to play and hang out. We all enjoyed eating outside and toasting marshmallows over the fire. The house is close to the beach and tennis courts and playground. We all had a great time and left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Best is right!!!

This is indeed an award winning house, apart from its ascetic and architectural value. It is incredibly functional, amazingly well equipped and in a wonderful spot. There were eight in our party and we still had loads of room, for both group activities and also for individual privacy when required.

Perfect beach house

The weather wasn’t our friend for this visit to Omaha but the house more than made up for it, loads of space, well stocked kitchen and a fabulous spa. That plus the great outdoor room and proximity to the beach made it a very pleasurable stay.

Ticks alllll the boxes!

Totally deserving of it's recent Bach of the Year award, our group of 5 simply loved our stay here. The only issue was that we wish we'd booked a longer stay!

We are an Architect and his keen gardener wife, and have three sons. Two live overseas and one in NZ. We have three grandchildren and are the owners of a French Bulldog. We love outdoor living, the Matakana area and all it offers, and contemporary art and design.

It is a great house for extended families, as master bedrooms upstairs and downstairs have their own bathrooms. It is also perfect for two couples away with children of all ages as the courtyard and garden is fully fenced, sunny and spacious. Grandparents can retreat and relax to their own space. Children love the bunks and their own lounge and TV. The outdoor covered room with its own fireplace, is sheltered and cool in summer. The house is designed for relaxing family holidays, or friends to enjoy the house, its amenities, the beach and the surrounding Omaha and Matakana region. All downstairs bedrooms open to views of the gardens or hills.

Guests are free to use kitchen condiments for cooking. There is a fully-fenced sheltered and private spa pool which appeals all year around. Tennis Courts are nearby. The stunning, safe, sandy beach is 100 metres away. Heat pumps and open fireplaces make the house cosy in winter.
