Residence: At 7 - 9 and 11, Montée des Carrières Romaines in Aix les Bains Real estate complex composed of 3 buildings built between 1973 and 1982. It is located 500 m from the Tourist Office, 1.5 km from the Chevalley thermal baths, 500 m from the "Marlioz" thermal baths, 1 km from the train station, 800 m from the Casino, 2500 m from the LAKE and 20 km from Mont REVARD (J5 on the map ). Building C is made up of 9 floors with an elevator. The opening is secured with vigik and intercom. It has a swimming pool and a tennis court common to all Montcalm residences. Slightly set back from the city but so close using the various shortcuts, it will be easy for you to reach the city center in just a few minutes.
