Etta Place 102 is an idyllic vacation condo that’s perfect for a mountain getaway. Located right next to chair 7, its impeccable location leaves nothing to desire for avid skiers or mountaineers. Offering our guests an exquisite balance of affluence and comfort, It comes as no surprise that this property is one of our most requested. This two-bedroom condo is a perfect blend of modern and cozy, Its well-equipped space is excellent for a couple or a small family.

Entering the condo, the first thing to catch your attention is the superb kitchen. With high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a foolproof list of first-class amenities. The kitchen at Etta 102 is any cook’s dream.

Offering world-class views that overlook a private pool, as well as Telluride’s colorful mountains, lies the vibrant living room. Fully equipped with a flat-screen and Apple Tv as well as an arrangement of high-end, snug, and cozy furniture making our guests free to hang loose and feel at home.

Down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a plush queen-size bed and the same exquisite views towards the pool and ski lift. Characterized by the exceptional decor and first-class furniture this bedroom serves as a guest room or even a secondary suite. The bathroom across the hall comes with a large glass shower, luxury amenities, and marble countertops.

The primary suite is at the end of the corridor, aesthetically gratifying, vivid, and charming. Its silky plush king-size bed comes with our most pristine and posh linens. The same chromatic mountain views that characterize the entire condo also construct this primary suite. The primary bathroom is composed of a full kit of luxury amenities, a tub/shower combo, and a contemporary mountain decor.

This condo is a true luxury retreat. Its location allows our guests to explore everything Telluride has to offer, Its sleek and cozy layout makes it feel like you're right at home, and combined with our luxury amenities and services Etta 102 is the ultimate Telluride Vacation!

True ski in/out with easy access to the town

Clean, well furnished, and well equipped. Incredibly close to lift 7 and a market within a few minutes walk. Would stay again.

Wonderful house

My family and I stayed at this house and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, roomy and had incredible views. The pool was right behind the house and it was very easy to walk into town via the trails. We loved this property and would stay here during our next visit.

Excellent Location

Very well done remodel. Lift #7 is right out the door and we enjoyed 3 days of blue sky and soft snow. We enjoyed our stay in ETTA 102 and would do so again.

Etta Too was a great location on the public transportation route. Condo has a great view of the mountain and convenient to a chair lift. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds and linens were a dream.

Great place and location sans hot tub

It is a nice very well equipped unit quite close to the lifts. The only black mark — and it was a big one for our group — was that the hot tub did not work throughout our seven day stay. We rented the unit in large measure because it was listed as having a hot tub which we find essential after a day of skiing.

Very nice!

We were very pleased with the condition of the property and all of the items that were included. Nice kitchen and all the tools needed for cooking. Bedding was nice and there were plenty of blankets.

Great Place!

This property was perfect! Beautifully updated, modern decor, the most equipped kitchen I've seen, comfortable beds. The location was great - steps to chair 7 and skiable back to the condo. Walkable to town and to the gondola to Mountain Village. We were two couples. One bedroom has a queen and the other a king but they are very comparable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay on the edge of town.

Good value for Telluride! We utilized the city free bus service, which stops in front of unit every 15 minutes. The unit was well stocked with supplies and pictures were accurate.

Absolutely amazing - beat expectations

This property was amazing, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and updated. It way exceeded our expectations. It was feet from the lift. True ski in and ski out. Gorgeous view out of the living room. I highly recommend and will stay their again.
