Last time at this property.

Unfortunately this property is very tired and needs a major update. Furniture on deck old and broken. Nail’s protruding on deck. Barbecue needs replacing. Tiles in bathroom floor cracked. Bed uncomfortable. Sorry we would have expected so much more for the nightly rate.

We acknowledge that the building is tired which is why we are currently replacing all the decks and upgrading furniture, including the BBQ. This is why the apartment, which is located in a primo position right above the beach with spectacular uninterrupted sea views across to Coromandel, is priced just above the rate for a backpackers per night, per person.

Fantastic dog friendly accommodation

So close to beach. Amazing views. Parking is a bit tricky for bigger cars. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and tidy, close to the beach, would be difficult for disabled, elderly as steep incline to negotiate

Beautiful views and a nice apartment.

Beautiful views and a nice apartment. Loved being able to take our dog. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the walk down to the unit from the car is very steep, and it was difficult to transport a lot of luggage. We had two people in our group with knee issues that found the walk quite taxing. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay.
