This vacation home is located in a prime location in Zermatt with beautiful views of the Matterhorn and the town.
Very well situated, breathtaking views, tastefully decorated interior with top of the line amenities, spacious, After a few days in Zermatt, you realize this is the best location!The chalet is not far from the valley run, so you'll be home soon after the day of skiing.
The 180 m2/1940 sq.ft flat occupies 2 floors which are connected with a staircase. Upstairs: open living, dining, kitchen, TV nook and powder room under a romantic gabled roof. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, complete with fondue set and a Nespresso machine. Downstairs: 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both floors have south/west facing balconies with gorgeous views of the Matterhorn.Wifi is available throughout the apartment.Please not that it is not allowed to use the fireplace.
The chalet was built in 2014 in a rustic contemporary style. The apartment we´re renting is our own vacation getaway, which we designed with loving detail and the use of natural materials. The chalet is located in one of Zermatt´s most charming neighborhoods and within easy walking distance of the supermarket (450 m/500 yds), bus stop (200 m/220 yds), train station (700 m/760yds). All cable car and mountain train stations are reachable within a 7-10 minute walk. Thanks to the chalet´selevated, quiet and sunny location, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Matterhorn and the wider mountain panorama. The skiroom is equipped with a heater for ski boots. The chalet is accessible from the street via an elevator.Long-term renters live in ground floor apartment
