With a total of 6 suites, all equipped with air conditioning, the house comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, making it the ideal destination to gather family and friends in a sophisticated and relaxing environment. Beach access is via a gate next to the house, within the condominium. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. For privacy reasons, walking around the condominium is prohibited. Parking is available at the entrance of the condominium, in a designated area. Other things to consider: All prices listed are for a maximum of 12 people per night. Children up to 2 years old stay free. The extra cost per child, from 3 to 14 years old, is 50 reais per night. From 15 years old onwards, it is 100 reais per night, per person. House rules: Any type of parties, loud music or noises that may disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited. Walking around the condominium is prohibited. Access to the beach must be through the gate next to the house. The path to the beach is less than a 5-minute walk. Only guests included in the reservation will have the right to use the house. Prices vary according to the time of year. Prices are always subject to confirmation by the host.
