気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
Room was very tired looking a lot smaller than in the photos, check in was 3pm arrived at 230pm could not get checked in our son was needing to use the toilet. Had to call the number 2 times to get checked in at 3pm. Arrived in room the entire floor area was wet where it had been mopped I had to use a floor towel to dry floor so we didn’t slip on it just to get our luggage in the room the towel was black by the time I had finished attempting to dry it. The veranda was wet like someone had hit it with a hose couldn’t sit on chairs veranda extremely small. Bathroom was dirty in the shower spa bath I was not game to use it had to wait till next day when I got home the fan in bathroom didn’t work and was literally full of dust the lounge was sticky and had a burn mark through to internal material, the coffee table was dirty and sticky tv remote was dirty thank god I travel with anti back wipes. By the time bed time came I got into bed the main bed mattress was like concrete the pillows had passed their use by they was all lumpy when I put my head on pillow to try to sleep they had an odor the bed linen was very much due to be replaced the main bedroom door didn’t not close and did not have a door frame around it to bad if you wanted privacy to sleep. This is definitely not a 4 star accommodation. I have traveled a lot and experienced lots of 4 star accommodation. I would not recommend. 5hrs is plenty of time from check out to next check in to clean why was floor so wet still.
