It could do with some tlc and a really good clean and update furniture,dining chairs and lounge were falling apart and I booked for 3 adults,one single bed and one double bed, so one person had to sleep on the old pull out bed,a lot of homeless and the town looked grubby,but I still had the best time.

Great location & amenities

We were in Newcastle for our daughter's hockey tournament. The apartment was close in proximity to the hockey fields with plenty of restaurants around. The amenities and space in the apartment was perfect for drying wet uniforms too. Beds were comfy. Check in process easy and security was great. There was always on street parking available too. Overall a really good experience. Thank you.

Do not stay here. The place is dirty. The aircon doesn’t work and they don’t respond to any messages. There is also evidence of bedbugs. The sheets had blood stains. Be warned this is hidden under a different name. This place is called Boulevard On Beaumont Just look up the reviews. If I knew this was under that name I would’ve booked elsewhere.

This property is about 700m from Hamilton Station, hub area of Hamilton, bars and eatery on walking distance, kitchen was clean but rangehood was not working, bathroom in good condition, rooms roof was noisy as it was raining during our stay and horrible sound of gusty winds as if it is crossing from your room small tiny space, paid parking $25 per night if you need which is also first come first served. We parked roadside after 5pm unlimited hours, 2 hour parking on surrounding streets.
