Tucked in off street, quiet and reasonably private. Situated in the heart of Winton, this warm, and toasty 2 bedroom unit is close to most of our towns ammenities and sports facilities.
Nearby is a childrens playground and skate park.
Fisherman.. the closest river is the Oreti, with Mataura and Waiau roughly 40mins drive away.
Shops and eating establishments just a five minute walk.
Less than 10 minute drive to the Hideaway wedding & events venue, 30 mins to Invercargill and 1hr 55mins to Queenstown.
Other attractions in Southland are Te Anau, Milford Sound and Stewart Island.
A large double sofa bed for extra guests and a porta cot available if needed.
Free WiFi.
Fully equipped new kitchen. Heat pump & Smart TV
