Full gourmet kitchen with 2 dining areas
Additional first level bedroom with queen bed and full bath.
Laundry w washer/dryer.
Downstairs leads to Rec room with sofa and 2 large bedrooms each with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Outdoor patio leads to pool/bocce court and tranquil gardens/landscaping
Enjoy the beautiful all day sun soaked views this house has to offer with the upstairs balcony complete with grill and outdoor dining table.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet, well-appointed home. The owners were kind and welcoming, the house was clean and comfortable, the views were outstanding. What a treat!
