The Résidence Arc 1950 Le Village is located in the commune of Bourg-Saint-Maurice and takes part in the very famous ski area of Paradiski. Arc 1950 is a unique concept village in Europe, labeled "Clef Verte" (international label in a sustainable tourism dynamic) and a completely pedestrian village.
A true family resort, you will find everything to satisfy yourself. You will enjoy its 40 shops, bars, restaurants or even its Deep Nature Spa area of 1000m2 and its many wellness areas (sauna, hammam, swimming pools...).

Access to the heated outdoor pool and the wellness area of the accommodation is accessible for all units. However, the indoor pool is not accessible for all buildings (Auberge Jérôme, Sources de Marie, Manoir de Savoie and Chalet de Lys do not have access).

Bail : The deposit is made only on site upon arrival, by credit card via TPE. Its amount, fixed according to the type of housing, is between 400 € and 1200 €. It is returned within a maximum of 10 days after the key is handed over, less any damage caused, household price if deemed unsatisfactory, unpaid benefits or loss of keys.
