Our art-filled tree-top home is your perfect Sydney base.
We are close to Coogee Beach with its 5 seawater rock pools hugging the coast and amazing coastal walks that will keep you fit. The Spot, a 10 minute walk away, is home to the Art Deco Ritz Cinema and lively restaurants and bars.
Everything you need is so close, or the excellent public transport can get you where you want to go. The plentiful street parking is not metered nor timed on our small cul-de-sac.
The comfortable flat is in a California Bungalow style building, which has only 4 flats. We are street level yet top floor, with the back of the building falling away to the laundry and large backyard below.
