Welcome to Nouvelle!
The whole essence is to make you feel at home in our stylish two-bedroom basement suite.

This 2024 upgraded two-bedroom basement suite is perfect for relaxation. It's located within the beautiful and quiet neighbourhood in the MacEwan community in Southwest Edmonton and an 8-minute walking distance to Circle K, 12 minutes walk to Heritage ETS Park and Ride and an 18-minute walk to SaveOn Foods, DQ Grill, Dollarama, and many more.

The stylish, spacious, cosy living area is equipped with a 50-inch UHD smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Telus Optik TV for your viewing pleasure. There are books suitable for adults and children and games to play. This area hosts the dining table for four.

There are also bar stools for two and wine racks.

The first bedroom is fitted with a closet and a full-length mirror, a queen-sized bed with exquisite linens, and a comforter. Feel free to use the bedside lights by your bedside. The laundry area is for guests' use only. The second bedroom is fitted with a closet, a full-length mirror, and a double-sized bed.

The kitchenette is equipped with appliances like a fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, grill, coffee maker, electric kettle and pans.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a showerhead and a modern vanity.

Very clean and cozy home away from home! The suite is newer, well decorated and kept very clean! There’s no stove or bbq but my husband and I and my teen son managed just fine with the hot plate and microwave. The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the teas, coffee and hot chocolate provided for our use! They even left a small sweet treat for us, very thoughtful! The beds were comfortable and we made good use of the board games provided. The bathroom has all the basic toiletries, which was handy when I realized I forgot a couple things. It was handy to have use of the washer and dryer in suite, soap is provided. I appreciated the fact the machines in suite are only used for suite laundry. The only things I will mention is to heed the watch your step stickers when stepping into the suite. It’s an unusual first step down. The wifi can be spotty, but was fine for our needs. My husband was able to get some work done on his laptop. You can hear some every day activity upstairs during normal hours, but they aren’t loud people. If you need things really quiet it’s something to consider. The back bedroom off the kitchen/dining area would be best for light sleepers and those looking to sleep in. The hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating. We needed one more towel and it was brought down a short while later. We’d definitely stay again. Short walk to corner store. Great neighbourhood. Great Value. Great location to airport, West Ed Mall.

Excellent hospitality

The suite was neat and perfect for my stay. The host was also very welcoming, warm and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
