Amazing stay.. Everything you need.. View was stunning but came with the stairs to get to the apartment hehe all and all would highly recommend.

Great apartment in lovely location

The apartment itself was great. Well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean with a lovely view and a great terrace. Sadly the terrace was unusable as the shade umbrella was broken when we arrived and in spite of saying it would be replaced it wasn’t. A 10% deduction was offered for a future stay. Unlikely since we live in U.K. The lack of shade on the terrace made what should have been a great stay in a lovely apartment with a fab view like being in an oven. Disappointing.

Great view, basic accommodation

The location and the view was great. It did feel like it didn't live up to the pictures and the house was basic. They pushed two single beds together to make a queen in both rooms and they were mismatched and uncomfortable. Also there were dirty glasses put back in the cupboard which made me concerned about cleanliness. Overall if you are looking for a nice location and view in waiheke this place is fit for purpose and would be good for 4 friends. It isn't a luxury getaway for 2 couples.

Palm beach apartment

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights. No noise issues (though it is close to the restaurant area but there were no events on). The fridge is tiny (half fridge) so important to be aware of if you’re wanting to bring food for more than a couple of nights and only a tiny ice box (which needed defrosting so made it hard to keep door closed. However waiheke unltd were very helpful and responsive. Master bedroom isn’t super dark in the morning as there are only blinds throughout, though didn’t bother us. Beautiful views, lovely deck and short walk to great cafe, store and palm beach

Great place.

Great place. Clean, comfortable, nice views, plenty of space, well laid out. Only thing was the number of stairs from the car to the apartment. BUT we had forgotten to ask.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had the most amazing views! There were only a couple of disappointing elements. The first was that we had no idea about the steep stairs to the property. My dad has had two hip replacements - wasn't the best!! Also no umbrella on the deck meant there was no shade. We couldn't use the deck for most of the day due to the lack of shade....a shame as the deck is the main reason I booked this apartment.
