Cozy Private Cottage

This Historic home was built back in the 1800s. There is so much history to this home. This was one of many homes that were the old time miners vacation homes from cripple creek, Victor & other parts of Colorado. they were also the old TB homes. NO worries, this house has been completely remodel since then. This house is located just minutes away from the heart of downtown Colorado Springs colorado. it is just minutes away from Plenty of shopping stores, restaurants, parks & beautiful views.
This house is a cozy one bedroom one bathroom, with all your basic amenities.( Linens, pillows, towels, cookwear, dishes, even cleaners and hygiene products. ) We do provide Wi-Fi services, & all our TVs are Roku Smart TVs. Plenty of streaming channels and apps. You can also stream from your cell phone to the TV with no issues.
Our house is set up for Self Check-in, with keyless entry. which is located on the front door's handle.
The day of Check-in as soon as the home is cleaned and ready for your arrival. You will receive all the check-in information that day. we hope our house is very comfortable and a fantastic getaway for you.
** we offer 2pm check in time. we aim to provide a much earlier check-in time. as soon as we have the house and clean and ready for our guests arrival. we send our guest the checking information. once they receive this, they're welcome to check in at any time.*** check out time is 10am.

This place was perfect for our trip to Colorado Springs for my son’s pickleball tournament. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our own meals, sleep, shower and TV entertainment.

Great location. Enough space for 1 or 2 people. Outdated decor and very basic amenities. You can tell it's solely a rental property that's used often, but it's clean and serves it's purpose.

Nice and quiet neighborhood with friendly hosts Savannah browning is just an all around great person she made sure if there was anything I needed not to hesitate to ask! The house was perfect and just right for my stay!

Awesome stay! I was there 5 days. House was very nice and had everything I need. As a cyclist it was a good location for me. Lots of mountain bike routes. The owners were awesome. Had an air-conditioner problem. The owners replaced it with a new one. All was good. I would stay again if in the area.

Great place - nice layout, comfy bed! Fresh eggs in the fridge and complimentary snacks was a nice touch. This is our second time staying in this neighborhood (different house), and I recommend this location for downtown proximity that still feels quiet and safe enough.The front door code is a little finicky, which the host mentioned in the check-in instructions. Just be patient, it does eventually work. Also would love to see more hooks on the walls, especially in the bathroom. But that's almost always my feedback for vacation rentals :)Everything was clean, functional and as described. Would happily stay here again.

This property was perfect for my short stay in Colorado Springs to visit Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The fact it was fully equipped with cooking/dining materials, along with some supplies of snacks and coffee was really appreciated! Location was great since it’s in between the shopping locations (Walmart, Barnes & Noble, etc.) and my outdoor destinations. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint.The washer/dryer was a portable one, which was the first time I had encountered or used one, so I did have a little trouble at first. After rereading the instructions I did get everything running, even if I spilled water on occasion. Plenty of towels to clean them up though!

This little house was perfect for me and my Dalmatian! It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. I love that there was a nice walking/bike trail at the end of the block. We enjoyed multiple walks there each day. Savannah was very responsive to any questions I had. If I come back to Colorado Springs, I would probably try to stay here again.

This Charming luxury cottage near the center of town just walking distance from everything you need. You have amazing views of pikes peak, mins away from downtown. Walking trails, parks, and even fishing in any direction you go. Just less than 10 mins to Garden of the Gods & red rocks.
