What a great spot next to the golf course, clean and tidy with everything you need. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome.

We really enjoyed our stopover at the Kakarika Haven in Omokoroa. Bruce and Sandra are lovely, fun people and generous hosts. The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped, very clean and in a lovely quiet location. Would definitely return if in the area.

Handy location and suited our needs. Private accommodation below owners accommodation, which was secluded and quiet. Everything clean and tidy, Basic essentials included.

Kakariki Haven

This was a great place to stay, very well equiped and comfortable. Was a good spring board to lots of things to see/do in the Tauranga area. Lovely hosts. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place & hosts!

Lovely little flat in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts are excellent people and go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I loved that they offered recycling and composting options.

Peaceful as can be

It was a great experience from the get-go. Brilliant communication and a wonderful stay. The walks in the area are great and the people are friendly. It is a peaceful and quiet spot. We’ll definitely consider it again should we be in that area.

Nice Quite Place

I enjoyed my two night stay in Feb 2023. It is clean and a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were away, but in contact to make sure everything was ok upon my arrival. I would stay here again.

Great Quiet Spot

The hosts are lovely, very helpful, and quite happy to leave you to your own devices. They were there when needed, but did not feel overbearing. Lovely location, and to top it off the weather was stunning.

This was a lovely time away from home. Sandra and Bruce are very keen gardeners and their property is full of beautiful fruit and native trees. Three lovely chickens to say hello to. Bruce and Sandra themselves are friendly and interesting people.Omokoroa is gorgeous with it's natural beauty carefully maintained despite recent housing growth.Lots of well maintained walkways and beautiful views. Will stay again.

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a very comfortable and convenient bed-sit flat close to amenities and with everything you might need. Comfy bed, walk in shower, fully furnished kitchen with air fryer and a great sofa. Gets the morning sun, shady setting for the afternoon. Hosts very helpful people. I recommend this stay to everyone.
