Treelined street downtown. 100 walk/transit score. Ideal for Work/Life/Family.
Sept 2024 Note: Reviews are old! I had switched to listing only on AirBnB where I have 45 reviews with an average of 4.87 out of 5. Now I'm looking for a mid/long-stay tenant and am trying this platform.

Raised my 4 kids, a dog and cat in this home. It's got some of my happiest memories including looking at the CN Tower and stars under the skylight in the loft. We've kept the home and improved it because we plan to move back. While I'm a Vancouver transplant, I've lived in India and travelled quite a bit. When I come back to Toronto, this house grounds me as it's simply the best of city life: it's a quiet, neighborly street in the heart of everything I love about Toronto.

Grange Park is my favourite park in the city. It's got everything you need and more you didn't know you wanted. Henry Moore's sculpture is a well worn, well loved icon in our family. There's a small dog park for your furry friends. You're surrounded by stunning architecture views: AGO's Frank Gehry staircase (he grew up around the corner), the CN Tower and the iconic OCAD. Margaret Atwood lived down the street.
You can walk everywhere from this home. Buy groceries in Chinatown, Kensington Market or even St Lawrence Market (or the big box stores) if you aren't eating at the many delicious delights nearby. Decide at the last minute to attend a play, a movie premiere, the ballet/opera. Finish a long day and decide to attend a favourite sports event or concert and make it there on time. Support live music in some of the best of Toronto's small venues. Walk to work - whether that's at a University, in the Hospital Corridor, the Financial District or many of the tech companies that have central Canadian headquarters. You can enjoy the buzz of the city or the quiet of a tree-lined street with coffee on one of your two sunny decks.
