Located on the Port Elliot headland between Horseshoe Bay and Boomer beach. Walking distance to both beaches plus the Port Elliot shopping precinct, supermarket, coffee shop's and the 2 pubs. This cosy beach house is suitable for one family only. It is two stories with kitchen, living, dining and master bedroom/ensuite upstairs. There are glimpses of Knights Beach and Green Bay from the kitchen and dining room. This space is light filled and a beautiful space to relax in. Downstairs is the second bedroom with two sets of bunks, second bathroom and laundry. We purchased this house 2 years ago and have done some small refurbishments. It is very basic but cosy and clean. It has great A/C and heating upstairs. It has a large, private, grass filled yard with fire pit, table tennis table, hammock and BBQ. There is off street parking for three cars. A haven in the heart of Port Elliot and the perfect spot for a family summer holiday. No pets are allowed at this property.
