We had a great week at Azure 118! Condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. We will definitely be back next year!

Bay of Islands

We found the property so convenient! Straight off the ferry from Paihia and only a mins drive into Russell! The Flat has everything we needed and was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Gardens and walk to semi private beach are amazing!

Paula was lovely and left us some yummy muffins. Be aware that while the listing states two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, there is only one bedroom with a queen bed and the single bed in the living room.

Beautiful views

What a lovely setting. So quiet & peaceful, beautiful views, lots of amazing bird life in the subtropical gardens. We loved sitting on the deck with sundowners and walking through the garden & woods down to the beach. Just a special place to be. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you.

Wonderful stay

My friend from Germany said it all when she saw the view from our front deck, wow! Great host, loverly property and the views are spectacular. We felt very welcome and at home. Heard the kiwi's and moreporks at night. Russell offers a great experience, a little of the New Zealand we all like to remember.

Fairly basic accommodation. Concrete floors. Small fan heater was inadequate for cool June weather. Nice deck with good views and heard kiwi at night that was great. very pleasant hostess. Quite a walk to the beach.

rung me at 12pm through to 2am in the morning and didnt answer or return my calls organised a late checkout which was rushed before scheduled time and turned off water to get us out early worst experience weve had

To be fair piwa, you had extra guests arrive without informing me who stayed the second night. I was under the impression that you asked for a late check out so you could have time at the tangi before you returned to pack up and collect your things. Other carloads of your friends arrived and it looked like you had planned to spend the rest of the day entertaining which wasnt what we agreed to. I didnt charge for the extra day. Check out is 10am. Im sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Maybe next time chose a whole house so that you will be more comfortable.

A lovely Stay

A lovely stay with my husband and two fur babies. Lovely central spot to the ferry and surrounding bays. Comfortable bed and lovely electric blankets made it very cozy. Stunning views and beautiful gardens. Thanks again

We came for a country singing weekend . We are all between 55 ---75,Great weekend

The place was just lovely..Clean had everything, views to die for. Only thing was wrong was we have a big 8 seater Val couldn't go down the drive
