Enjoy the deck, perfect for BBQs, morning coffee, or soaking up the quiet. At night, light the fire pit (subject to fire ban season) and unwind under the stars.
Kids will love the books and toys. Inside, there’s good coffee, cozy spaces, and all the basics for a smooth stay.
Just steps from the lake boardwalk and a short drive to Langhorne Creek wineries.
‘The Local’, Clayton Bay’s new cafe, is now open. Enjoy year round comfort - reverse cycled ducted air-conditioning throughout. Open plan living, with large 8-seater dining room table. The lounge area features a kids corner, with toys and books, 65” smart TV with Netflix and a PS4 console.
The deck is set up with an outdoor table/chairs and electric BBQ. Lake views from the master bedroom, deck and main living areas.
High chair, porta cot and bathroom foot step for the little ones.
