The flat is on the top floor which is an extra bonus in case you like to sleep with the open window without stressing out a cat might jump in lol.

There is plenty of parking and the area is safe. I left my car open few times already and she is still there :)
!!!! IMPORTANT !!! This property has very strict house rules. No loud activities. No party alowed. No loud music. No slamming the doors. Total silence after 10.00 pm. The guests that don't comply will be subject for eviction.
