この施設について

Charming villa on a 2-hectare property, 12 minutes from the beach.

A very large "Basque-Landes" style family home set on a wooded and perfectly maintained estate (7,000 m²).
This 600 m² villa is divided into two wings, only one of which is available for rent. The living room and kitchen open up onto the terrace (facing south-southeast) and the sumptuous garden, and were truly designed for entertaining.
The Art Deco style of its era is still evident in the interiors. The large windows and high ceilings (3.60 m) give this home exceptional charm. The spacious layout has allowed us to create truly spacious suites (the bedrooms range from 15 to 30 m²).
Located 25 km from Bayonne, 25 km from Dax, and 12 km from Hossegor, the location is convenient, and its distance from the coast ensures peace and quiet.
Just a few minutes’ drive along quiet, little-traveled roads, you’ll pass by the white lakes—where swimming is a delight—before reaching peaceful beaches… the ocean is just 12 minutes from the house. For those who prefer it, Hossegor, Capbreton, and Seignosse—all a 15-minute drive away—offer plenty of attractions.
As natives of Hossegor, we can point you toward great spots. With a surf instructor and a sailing instructor on hand, the whole family can also provide recommendations for special activities.
Welcome to Laste.
