Spacious 1890 colonial in the quiet, up and coming, Saratoga West Side. It’s a 5 minute walk to Broadway Downtown. The Racetrack is ONLY 1 mile away! This 3-story home was 100% remodeled in 2018 and boasts all the old Saratoga charm, with all the comforts of a new build. The main level features an open kitchen to large dining room, a cozy living room, bath and laundry room. On the second level there are three bedrooms and two full baths. On the third level is the 4th bedroom. Outside is a large patio and fenced backyard.

Great house in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and stores. Kitchen well stocked - comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Nice outside area and easy access to the house. Overall a very pleasant vacation for our growing family!

Perfect home right near Broadway (downtown center of Saratoga Springs)

Tim's house was spotless. Four very comfortable bedrooms and large living space for our two families. Tim was gracious and incredibly easy to communicate with before and during our stay. It is a very short walk to the hustle of downtown Saratoga Springs. I would stay here again without hesitation. A+ house and host.

Idyllic Saratoga Springs Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Tim and Michele's beautiful home. The house is meticulously renovated and is very tastefully decorated, with an extremely good eye detail. It was spotlessly clean and in a wonderful location, close to the race track and also downtown. We cannot thank our wonderful hosts enough for making sure that we had everything we needed. I would give this lovely home a 5 STAR plus rating and thank you for allowing us to use your gorgeous property.

Golf and Ponies

Just returned from Saratoga Springs. We had the best time. What a great place and great town. Played golf, went to the track, and stayed at this great property. Host was great to work with. We're already talking about a return trip.

We finally purchased our dream home in downtown Saratoga Springs in 2019. Our home was originally built in 1890 and still has all the warmth and charm of yesteryear. The home is close to all the places you’re looking for in Saratoga Springs - the track, restaurants & nightlife. We warmly welcome anyone who will appreciate and respect our home as much as we do. We know you will love our home and of course all that Saratoga has to offer!
