We enjoyed our stay as we used it as a base .Just few things needed a bit of a tidy up and a new bed would be good …But overall the location was good , Dianne was very helpful and it was a peaceful stay

Thanks for the review. Sorry I was unaware that the bed was is any way uncomfortable for guests. I will certainly look into replacing the bed. Pleased you enjoyed your stay.

Holiday at the beach

We loved our stay at this little beach cabin, it is clean and tidy and has all you need for a relaxing summer holiday at the beach. The location is perfect with a short walk across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach.

Amazing location

The location is right on Medlands beach! So perfect to pop in for a quick swim or surf. Very close to local brewery and incredible sites. The Owner is a dream to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. Loved our time here!

Amazing stay

Thanks Di for the wonderful stay. The beach hut was comfortable had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Di was very accommodating and check in/out was a breeze. A quick walk across the road to the beach, it was the perfect location for a Medlands getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Medlands beach chalet

Accommodation was wonderful - I could hear the ocean, just a short walk over the dunes. Very comfortable bed!!! Will be visiting again - thanks Dianne for a lovely stay.

Great Escape

Loved our time on Aotea Great Barrier Island and loved the Sandhills Beach Hut.Diane was an excellent host, friendly and helpful.Location was superb.Would highly recommend.
