Between Guédelon, (Castle under construction) and Aubigny, (Scottish village) between Sancerre (favorite French village in 2022) and Briare, (famous for its canal bridge and its port) in front of the small port of the Loire side canal, Léré is a village of character in Berry, on the route of the Loire by bike, with its collegiate church, its market on Saturday mornings, and its many shops.
Quiet, and in an environment of radiant nature, we offer three bedrooms with two bathrooms, with a large kitchen / very pleasant living room, all with a view of the Port du Canal.

In the cottage which is approximately 85 m2, 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. All modern comforts are available: large beds, 140 cms, with quality mattresses, household linen, 90 cms showers, complete kitchen with accessories and crockery, microwave, stainless steel pans,
The rooms are spacious and high ceilings.
All bedrooms and the kitchen have stunning canal views.
We provide sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels. You have a lawn in front of the house which is about 50 m² in front of the windows of the kitchen and the bedrooms, and on this lawn you have 3 large tables and six benches for lunch, dinner, or simply to sit down.
You can also install the garden tables and chairs of the houseon the side of the kitchen . This space in front of the house is a communal road, and between 3 and 10 people pass there a day or so...
