Awesome views and location!

We had a great stay at this beautiful location! Picton is central to a lot of great activities (sea kayaking, hiking, wineries, restaurants). The condo was comfortable and well stocked! Would definitely stay there again

Fabulous location

We had a most enjoyable time at this apartment. It was well-equipped, modern and clean but with a homely feel. Very convenient location on London Quay. Best of all - the stunning waterfront views from the living areas. We would highly recommended this Picton apartment.

Great apartment convenient location

We found this apartment to be excellent in every way. Easy walk to ferry terminal, railway and shops. Picton is a great little town.

The perfect place in Picton

The apartment was spacious, very centrally located and had the most amazing views of the Marlborough Sounds. The apartment had all the facilities you could ask for in a holiday home.

Special Occasion Spot

This apartment was well presented and a good layout for enjoying the beautiful view and spending a sunny afternoon with family. We enjoyed our visit and would have happily stayed for much longer.

So far after 5weeks, this is our favourite place we have stayed in. Fabulous views down the Sound and modern apartment with everything and more at your disposal. If I was to be critical, there is a little noise from the port but nothing to really worry about

Great vista and location but needs work.

Magnificent view with great balcony but needs maintenance and cleaning. Dining room carpet with multiple stains, crumbs in the table chairs, broken lounge chair footstool and burned out lightbulbs.

Truly the best in Picton

We sailed across from Wellington via ferry and 5minute walk went to lunch at Sesu. Then we checked into this stunning property overlooking the harbor for three nights. We took a wine tour one day and booked a taxi for fabulous lunch in a vineyard another day. We never turned on the TV-we just looked out at the harbor with our coffee a glass of wine. The unit has everything you could need.-beautifully appointed. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Fresh muffins 2 minutes away.

Great location

First thing you notice when you walk in the door is the amazing view. The water and palm trees could be a view found on a tropical island somewhere and here it is in Picton! Apartment was spacious and as advertised. The only suggestion I have is a sail or umbrella available on the deck, you get sun all day long but it gets too hot to sit on the deck without shade. Not the worst problem in the world 🙂 would stay again.

Perfect Stay

We were a family of three adults and one 16 year old. I can't say enough wonderful things about the apartment, and Kirsty was quick to respond with any questions. The apartment is large, with sweeping views of the harbor. The kitchen was fully stocked with all implements you might need. The stove and oven are induction. Fortunately my daughter has one in her home, so we were familiar with its use. The bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and updated. Beds very comfortable. Honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks. The property was very much as advertised. Great location, close to all ammenities etc. Directions a little confusing, instructions should begin with obtain keys from foyer, not pull up at garage door which will open automatically. A number of badly soiled dishes were found in the dishwasher that had to be hand scrubbed. The baby Q auto ignition doesn’t work. Need a new non stick fry pan, others have stuffed the one available for use. Aside from that very comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the stay.

Just heaven!

Beautiful apartment with a view to die for. All spotlessly clean. We’ve been about a bit but definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Hope one day we’ll get a chance to go back
