オーチャードコテージは素敵な小さな隠れ家です。 「シンプルでシックな」クオリティで、スタイルはリラックスしながら快適に妥協することはありません。 上質な綿100％のリネン、バスタブとタオルを備えた広々としたバスルーム。 クッションで飾られたデイベッド（2人用に余分な睡眠を提供）、休日の読書、軽食の準備に必要なすべての簡易キッチン付きのオープンリビングスペース。 この休暇の家の様式は、静かで快適でリラックスしています。 自然な憩いの場を探している人に適しています。テレビはありませんが、ワイヤレススピーカーに接続して自分の音楽を楽しむことができます。世界に接続したい場合は、無料の無線インターネットを利用できます。 コテージは30エーカーの再生ニュージーランドのブッシュの中にあります。 これは、巨大な天然林保護区の広大な景色を見渡す、美しい高台にあるタイガー山にあります。 気分はどこからも遠く離れていますが、地元の設備から車で10分以内、ビーチ、ブッシュウォーク、ノースランドで最も美しい自然の見どころへも車で短時間でアクセスできます。

    Loved this cottage set in a beautiful location. Had everything we needed for a relaxing peaceful weekend away. Loved the outdoor baths too. Would highly recommended!!

    Thoughtful detail

    A lovely, tastefully decorated cottage with all the amenities. The bush walk was more of a hike than a walk, steep hill back up so would need a reasonable amount of fitness to attempt. Also the right shoes as there are rocks and uneven ground. Great location. Very clean and comfortable it's obvious a lot of thought has gone into providing everything you'll need. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings, under the outdoor heater. Great BBQ too!

    Little paradise, also for fur babies

    We really enjoyed our four-day stay. The beautiful cottage set in a very peaceful environment was perfect for us to recharge our batteries. Our English Bulldog loved it too! Excellent service, very clean and tidy, with great eye for detail. We will definitely go back.

    Beautiful cottage

    Just like the photos, it was incredibly styled, and immediately felt peaceful and serene. My kids loved the little games in the cupboard and the home made noughts and crosses outside, and my dogs adored the bush. Great location. Would make the perfect romantic getaway

    Peaceful retreat

    We had a great time. The place was amazing. I ate a lot of fresh fruit picked straight from the trees. That homemade marmalade was to so good! Will recommend this place.

    A unique and special place

    The look and feel of the cottage, and the overall environment is simply divine. This was a wonderful place for us to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was a huge bonus being able to have our seventeen year old dog stay with us. Thank you so much.

    Beautiful cottage

    We had such a wonderful stay at the Orchard Cottage. Justine is very helpful and welcoming. We loved the shabby chic style and the breakfast basket with local products was a treat. Thank you (from our two dogs too!)

    Very beautiful & comfortable!

    Peaceful and pretty

    We stayed for a week with our dog. Loved our stay, really peaceful and relaxing mixed in with activities near by like kayaking, hiking and swimming. Place is lovely and comfortable with many different spots to relax with a tea or wine. Great views, bird life, sunsets sitting in the orchard, orchard fruits and honey. We played board games and visited the attractions within a shortish drive. Recommended nearby Ocean Beach, Smugglers Cove walk, Mt Manaia, Whangarei Farmers Market. I quite liked the walk to the stream but old dog refused to do it by the third time. Honey and chutney produced by the owner is delishious too.

    I cannot rate this property or Justine high enough. It is as gorgeous as it looks in the photo’s, but even better when you walk in the door. Such a warm inviting peaceful retreat where the tiniest of details have been thought of to make your stay very special. It really is a little piece of paradise.

    Quiet weekend away

    Orchard Cottage was absolutely charming! We had a wonderful 3 nights in this beautifully decorated, immaculately presented cottage. The location was fabulous, great walks and beaches. Highly recommend a visit here for a tranquil getaway. Our dog was also welcome too which was a great bonus!!

    beautiful little cottage

    This is one of the most beautifully decorated dog friendly places we have ever stayed at. Great for a romantic getaway - the owner's and her mother's homes are close by, but you have plenty of privacy. Lovely views from the living area to the forest and the hills on top of the headland. The walk down to the water hole is a must do. Delicious basket of provisions, great bed and bathroom, lots of places to just sit and relax. Beautiful night sky. Short drive to beaches and everything else in the area. We loved this part of NZ, and hope to come back soon for a longer stay to explore. Thank you for letting us and our dog stay in your gorgeous place.

    Down the Road is a celebration of all things local. An expression of the idea that no matter where you find yourself in this glorious country, you don't need to look very far to discover so many local treasures. Whether it's stunning sights, adventures to be had, fabulous food grown or created, or inspiring individuals with unique perspectives and stories to share.

    Having traveled to other parts of the world, we've shared amazing experiences. We're now delighting in the abundance of treasure to be found right in our own backyard of Northland.
