Gorgeous Beach Compound - Glamping, Hot Tub, and Outdoor Movie Nights!

We are the Kropfl family, a family of entrepreneurs (you may have seen us on Shark Tank - our son, Carson, created a line of sustainable skateboards called Locker Boards). My name is Carrie, and I am the hostess of our Lifestyle Rental Properties. My husband, Keith, is a Principal and Managing Director of the Orange County Office for Avison Young (an international, commercial realty firm). Our properties allow guests to immerse themselves and connect with their tribe. We think of everything, so our guests don't have to. We provide creative spaces with incredible amenities and comfy beds. We love creating memorable experiences for our guests. It has been a blessing to share our favorite spots and provide the ultimate, California lifestyle experiences. We currently own two properties: LOCKER BOARD SURF COMPOUND - a beach compound in San Clemente that is the ultimate surfer/beach goers paradise and includes a jacuzzi, glamping tent, outdoor bathroom, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, wetsuits, bikes and more with room for 12 people. CASA SERENA, a dreamy desert escape located in Palm Desert at the Monterey Country Club with 37 pools & spas, a 27 hold Ted Robinson Jr designed golf course, tennis, pickleball, workout facility, bikes, golf cart and more with room for 8 people. Our next property will be a mountain retreat! Stay tuned. All of our properties are kid and pet friendly and have workspaces with WIFI and a printer. We provide a pack-n-play, highchair, bouncy chair, baby monitor, baby bath and more for families so they don’t have to lug a bunch of things with them on their vacation. We allow pets free of charge. The Locker Board Surf Compound is within walking distance to multiple beaches (204's, Linda Lane, the Pier), wedding venues, restaurants, breweries and more. We are located in North Beach San Clemente which has been dubbed "The North Beach Historic District" due to renovations of the original Ole Hanson buildings: The Casino, The Ole Hanson Beach Club and the Miramar Theatre and Bowling Alley (we are within walking distance to all of these historic sites/wedding venues). North beach is on the National Register of Historic Places. San Clemente is a laid back, friendly town steeped in history (Founded in 1925 by Ole Hanson, San Clemente was one of the first new master planned towns in California). You are a short drive (less then 1 mile) to downtown Del Mar with shopping, restaurants and Sunday Farmer's Market. We are at the trail head for the San Clemente Beach Trail (a beautiful 2+ mile walk along the beach with incredible views). Walk to the pier for sunset cocktails at Fisherman's. Ride your bikes down PCH to Dana Point Harbor. Swim at the Ole Hansen Beach Club. Surf Lowers, San-O or Doheny. There is so much to do, you will never want to leave!

The Locker Board Surf Compound is a custom SoCal lifestyle surf property that we created for large tribes to enjoy (kid, infant & pet friendly). It's in the perfect location and within walking distance to several beaches, wedding venues and restaurants. It has a gorgeous outdoor space with a hot tub, firepit, BBQ, movie theater, glamping/guest house and outdoor bathroom. It has five bedrooms (sleeps 12) with super comfy beds (3 king/6 twin). We take our bedding and sleeping experience very seriously. Sleeping well while on vacation is a must! We pride ourselves on thinking through and providing our guests with everything they could possibly need during their stay: Bikes/Surfboards/Wetsuits/Boogie Boards/Beach Chairs/Sand Toys/Desk & Printer/Crib/Highchair/Games/XBox/Cooking supplies for a gourmet kitchen. We think of everything so you don't have to!
