Beautifully newly renovated 2 bedroom Garden-style condo in one of Old Orchard Beaches most popular beach condo communities! Play tennis, work out in the gym or swim in the outdoor pool... just a short 2-3 minute walk will bring you miles and miles of white sandy beaches!
This condo is freshly updated with hardwood floors, smart tv’s and has lots of natural light through the many skylights. Relax on the peaceful deck while grilling or just watching the ducks swim by in the nearby pond.

great location. Short walk to downtown Old Orchard with shops , amusement park, restaurant.

The property was well kept.

Great stay

We had a great time staying at this location. Just be careful of the glass coffee table with kids. Great location and very clean. Chandra was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Very nice condo in great location

Comfortable condo, clean and well equipped. The large private deck facing the pond adds to the living area. The location is great with short walk to beach. The owner is quick to respond and helpful.

Great week OOB

We loved the openness of the kitchen and the living room. The pool, weight room, and tennis courts were an extra bonus. The area is well maintained and quiet.

Well-located, comfortable rental

This rental was close to the beach and close to town without being in the middle of the Old Orchard Beach madness! We had a great time, and check-in and communication were so easy. The apartment was a little under-stocked when we arrived (no toilet paper or hand soap), but clean and comfortable.

Thank you for letting me know about the toilet paper and soap, as typically housekeeping is supposed leave an extra roll of tp and fill the hand soap from the large container which is in the closet. Ocean Park Meadows 2024

We had a great three weeks day at Ocean Park Meadows! The two bedroom unit was spotless and provided all the amenities we required. Chandra was prompt in her responses to our inquiries and we look forward to renewing with her for 2025 return to OP.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We were close to everything and the unit was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that there were landscapers under our windows for several days of our visit. We realize they had a job to do. They did start quite early in the morning and left their tools and garbage cans in the walkways often. They also were smoking near our windows. Someone might want to have a conversation with them. Thank you for a nice stay!

We’re sorry that the landscaping work impacted your stay. We completely understand that the work needs to be done, but we agree that early morning noise, equipment and trash left in the walkways, and especially smoking near the windows are not ideal. We’ll be sure to address these concerns with the association, as the landscaping is handled by them. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very happy you otherwise had a nice stay. We’d love to welcome you back in the future!

Exactly what we were looking for

Great location. Beach was not crowded. Condo had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will def look into booking again.
