家は近代的な設備の整った住宅です。 素晴らしい港の景色を望む北/西向きの高台に。 ゆったりとくつろぎながら1日を終える素晴らしい夕日。 プライベートトラックにアクセスすると、灯台まで下がってビーチロードに着きます。 アカロアのバーやカフェの中心部に近い、この場所の素晴らしい散歩。 すべてのウォータースポーツに便利で、セーリングクラブと港から徒歩10分で港に出かけることができます。 3台分の駐車場があります。 家へのアクセスは、4つの階段に続く急な道か、家の裏側に続く曲がりくねった階段のどちらかを経由します。

Fabulous views

Our house was beautifully set in bush and overlooking the bay, with the odd Kereru flying around. The home was very tidy, beds wonderful, apart from not having them made, maybe I missed something? We were well looked after with tea & condiments. The only drawback would be the stairs, this was a hinder for my elderly parents.

This is a great house for a family, has fabulous views and really well appointed.

This is a great house for a family, has fabulous views and really well appointed. I would say that the single beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are only stretchers, not suitable for an adult and perhaps needs to be clearer in the discription. Another small maintenance issue is that rats have moved into the walls for the winter. Both nights they decided to party after we went to bed, quite noisy. Didn't enter the actual room spaces at all just very noisy at night, and may cause internal damage.
