La Terrasse du Loir is private (open since 2021), so you'll be alone in the entire cottage.
The swimming pool and retractable enclosure were installed in 2022.

For 2027: Heated pool from Friday, March 26th to Monday, November 1st inclusive.

The retractable enclosure measures 10.40m x 6.20m at its widest point and 1.80m at its tallest.
The advantage of the enclosure is that it allows you to stay warm inside in case of inclement weather; it can be opened fully or partially. This is essential to be able to enjoy the pool for a large part of the year.
The shelter is larger than the pool, allowing some to lounge on a sun lounger or on chairs inside while others have fun in the water.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, the 115m² cottage with its magnificent 24m² terrace overlooking the Loir is located 2km from the Zoo.
The accommodation sleeps 10 people in the 4 bedrooms. 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room.

Comfort, a zoo atmosphere, and serenity on the banks of the Loir are guaranteed in the "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage.
This place is suitable for good company but not for birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace and quiet of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.

Very close to the La Flèche Zoo, we are also not far from Lake Monnerie, a 10-minute walk away via the Moulin de la Bruère footbridge. On site, you can rent canoes and bicycles, go fishing, or relax on the superb beach, which is supervised in July and August. The cottage is located upstairs (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and offers, in addition to the accommodation, a large terrace (24 m²) overlooking the Loir River.
At your disposal: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area with a flat-screen TV, internet access, and two sofas.

1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sink. Separate toilet. Two bedrooms with a 140 x 200 cm bed and two bedrooms with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm bed on the mezzanine. A large walk-in closet is shared by all four bedrooms (board games available). On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, with games on site (badminton net and racket, Molky, adult and child pétanque set, wooden shuffleboard, beach racket).

Optional cleaning fee: €65 (cleaning of the gas barbecue, dishes, and sorting of waste in the containers must be done even if you choose the cleaning fee).

MANDATORY linen kit: €50 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, towels). Beds will be made upon your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Everything will be provided to you a week before your arrival, so you'll easily find what you need.
