Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises four bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house has a superb garden with terrace and swimming pool (open from May to September).

> This house is for family use only, no groups.

> Linen must be provided. Cost of €22 per person to be paid extra on arrival. This includes disposable bed protectors, sheets, two towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.

> Swimming pool open and heated only from mid-May to mid-September. Children must use the pool under parental supervision.

> Pets are strictly forbidden in this house, which is not pet-friendly. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional charge.



Located in a quiet residential area, close to Vannes city centre and shopping areas. Close to the main roads for easy access to Arradon, Baden, Auray, Carnac and Quiberon.

Walks to discover the historic city centre of Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan nature park, cruises on the Gulf, relaxing on the many beaches in the region, hiking on the many signposted footpaths and cycle paths, water sports (surfing, kite-surfing, sand yachting, kayaking, sailing school, etc.), golf (Baden golf course is 20 minutes away by car), tennis. Discover the local heritage and gastronomy.
