Amenities were excellent. Everything I needed plus more. They even left a little Christmas tree for me, which was the most appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable.

What a beautiful little place and a perfect location. I would highly recommend this place as quiet, private and well set up accommodation for a couple for any length of stay. The outdoor are is so lovely too.

Lovely studio near the beach

Very well appointed studio apartment. Bed was very comfortable & was so nice to have a lovely outdoor space. Check in was easy & kitchen was well equipped

Perfect place for the two of us to relax. Nice and close to the beach, with a nice outdoor area at the house also

Fabulous Gem

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach, and we could relax, hearing the ocean waves at night. The owners were delightful, and the whole experience was the best. We would recommend this to anyone wishing to enjoy Ohope Beach. 5 Star rating

Beautiful place to stay

We loved everything at this beautiful place, it’s literally 1 min to the beach and there’s so much to do! The apartment is spotless clean, has everything you need and the little garden was perfect to sit outside and put on the barbie. Sandra was very helpful and an amazing host. Thanks for having us!

It was great to have a sizeable fridge freezer and a regular stove. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Instructions were good.There was some footfall noise from above, and we didnt expect a visit from the host through the adjoining door, which is not shown in the photos, rather than the main entrance.That being said, a very friendly , helpful host.

Perfect holiday find

Simply perfect! Private, quiet, immaculately presented property was exactly what we needed to kick off our holiday. Owners we so accommodating and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Beachside getaway

Lovely private property, very clean with good quality linen, crockery, glasses, etc. Sandra was most accommodating and it really is just a short walk to the beach.

Lovely getaway

Sandra’s unit is wonderful. It is spotlessly clean and superbly appointed with high quality wine glasses, kitchen utensils and dining apparel. It is tastefully decorated. There is a quality bbq and a lovely sheltered grassy area with a picnic table conducive to afternoon refreshments and al fresco dining. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

A blissful stay in Ōhope

A very nice spot on the East Coast of Aotearoa. Everything we needed was in close proximity. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend to anyone passing through the area, especially small families or a couples retreat. The set up was clean and tidy, and had all amenities. Thank you Sandra for your hospitality! PS the Easter eggs were a lovely treat. Hope to be back again soon.

Lovely place to chill, and close to the beach for great walks - even in the stormy weather.The accommodation was really clean, with everything I could need for my 4 day stay. Very private, looking out onto a gorgeous garden.

Best long weekend away thanks to Sandra and Barrie

Everything about this unit was perfect, from the moment we arrived we felt at home and comfortable. It was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the short stroll to the beach but even better we loved how we were so close to the wharf as that’s a favourite spot of ours. If you ever have the chance to stay in Ohope, Sandra and Barrie will make you feel most welcome in there beautiful unit. Thanks again we had the best weekend away!

Perfect spot for a few days of R and R

Well presented unit with everything you need. Private outdoor space. Some lovely extra touches hand and body lotion, chocolates in the fridge. Warm friendly hosts who don’t want to bother you but available if needed.

Private and peaceful, close to beach

Sunshine, lavender and roses - so peaceful and private, this lovely unit was perfect for relaxing whilst tucked away, but also just across the road from the beach for our long walks. Fresh and clean, quality at an excellent price. Hostess very helpful, definitely going back ASAP!

This property is just over the road from the beach, in a great street and neighbourhood. The BAB unit downstairs is warm and sunny with a full kitchen and has a lovely private, sunny backyard for that summer BBQ.
