Remodeled Family Waterfront Townhome in the Heart of Horseshoe Bay

You will love this beautiful Horseshoe Bay waterfront retreat located on the lake next to the Yacht Club.

The unit is a remodeled, updated three-story vacation rental townhome. It has
three bedrooms and four full baths. It has one king and one queen upstairs and a bunkroom downstairs that sleeps six for a total of ten people. The bunk room has a foosball machine and a new XBox series S along with some bean bags for the kids. We also have two paddle boards, a large "lily pad" float, and two new flat lounge floats.

We own the condo next door, unit C, (www.vrbo.com/181016) so should you have a large family, a group of friends, reunions or weddings and need more room give us a call. We are possibly the only side by side single owner rental units in Horseshoe Bay.

Unit C is an updated, three-bedroom, three-story, vacation rental townhome. Master bedroom suite is downstairs with a large screen 46" Sony TV, a new split movable king-size bed and a large bathroom with double sinks and large frameless shower. Two bedrooms on the third floor, each with a queen-size bed with new Sterns and Foster luxury foam mattresses with one bedroom overlooking the bay and the Lighthouse at Horseshoe Bay. Flat screen TV's in each bedroom. The townhouse is fully furnished and including washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. Living area has cable, high speed internet, 65" TV, and state of the art SONOS stereo system with Bluetooth/Blu-ray DVD. Two decks with a Weber Barbecue grill located on the upper deck. We also have two new paddle boards, a "lily" pad float, and several flat lounge floats.

Might think about booking early if you need more than one townhome.

Water activities include boating, skiing, fishing, wakeboarding, sailing, and tubing. The public marinas on Horseshoe Bay offers party boats, jet skis, and wave runners for rent. Horseshoe Bay has three of the finest golf courses in Texas along with the spectacular Whitewater putting course, a truly one-of-a-kind course.

Horseshoe Bay is 45 minutes northwest of Austin-'the live music capitol of the world'. About 90 minutes north of San Antonio-River Walk, Sea World, and Fiesta, Texas. Within a 60-minute drive-Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels, historic Fredericksburg, the Hill Country, and The Texas Wine Trail.

Horseshoe Bay Retreat

Always love staying at the properties owned by Karl and his family. His son, Ramsey is the perfect host, very communicative and helpful. The place was recently remodeled and the 9 of us were very comfortable.

This property has become our go to rental when we come to Horseshoe Bay. This was our third stay here this summer and we will definitely be back. The property’s location is walking distance to everything in HSB. You can swim off the dock or enjoy the wide open water views. The bunk room in the lower level gives the younger generation their own space to hang out, which has worked out great with our 17 year old daughter. Each bedroom has an in suite full bathroom, with an additional full bath located off the living room level. Overall, this property is great for your time at Lake LBJ.

Family Getaway

We were headed to TX from WI to see family and celebrate a wedding. This unit is exactly what we needed! Right on the water and so close to our family who lie on the lake. We had fun om the water and got to take in some of the sights (and wines!) of Texas Hill Country!

Great condo! Love how it’s so close to the water.

Very clean, lots of upgraded features, and Karl was so accommodating to our needs. We had so much fun paddle boarding to the lighthouse. Great location on the water, not a lot of boat traffic. Boat was fine on the dock with just a few bumpers. We will be staying again!

Great week!

We had such a great week!! The condo is so clean and well stocked! Great use of space and amazing views. We had a blast on the lily pad and paddle boards and easily docked a boat. The bunk room was perfect for the kids! They really loved the big bean bags! Karl was so great to work with! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home on Horseshoe Bay

Everything is 5 star!! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals.The owner Karl was a very gracious host, day or night he would answer any questions we had. He has thought of everything!! The Xbox and Foosball table in the kids room was a hit. We had so much fun using the paddelboards. We loved our stay and Karl! Will be making this an annual summer trip. If your still looking for a place STOP this is it!!!

The balcony was constantly wet because of the leaking AC unit and couldn't use the outdoor table, but we were told about it before hand. Other than that and the late night loud neighbors everything about the place was great.

BEST LOCATION ON HORSESHOE BAY!

My husband and I along with our son, stayed here (1st visit to Horseshoe Bay) during our sons recovery from surgery. It was the perfect place to relax and work remotely (as we did). However; we did make time to rent a pontoon boat and explore the lake ~which was awesome - we also enjoyed paddle boarding . The owner Karl was a delight - available to answer any questions and eager to ensure our stay was perfect ! Which ours was just that ! However; we did not get to experience all the fun the area has to offer so we will definitely be back !! We would highly recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to our next stay!

Great Place

Perfect place right on the lake. Had everything needed (kitchen, bathroom supplies). Two great decks. Didn’t use the paddle boards, floats and pier but it is well situated for boating and water sports. Beds perfect. Kids room in bottom level great. Location perfect. H-E-B and fresh food stores 10-15 min drive. Nice restaurants close by. We used the grill a few times. 2 parking spots. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the lake. We rented a boat from LBJ Marina only 5 minutes away. Reduced to 4.5 stars because spotty internet and construction all day and on weekend in next door unit owned by same owner. Despite that, we had a great time in the Horseshoe Bay Area.

Amateur LPGA golf tournament

Six ladies stayed in this beautiful unit on the lake to play in Horseshoe Bay’s amateur LPGA golf tournament. We did not have time to properly use all the fun water sports stuff that was available, but we did enjoy the view and sitting on the deck drinking wine and relaxing after golf.

Beautiful location!

This property is just perfect if you’re needing a relaxing getaway from the noise of the city. Or maybe you’re just looking to be near the water. The owner stayed in touch from beginning to end, always responsive, always thoughtful and hospitable with our stay. I can’t say enough good things about Karl. The townhouse is updated and Karl provided just about everything we needed inside. We were very satisfied with its cleanliness. The week we stayed was warm enough for us to do some paddle boarding and we all had so much fun. Would definitely recommend this place and our family plans on coming back during the spring and summer months.

Beautiful Rental with a Beautiful View!!

My best rental experience on VRBO hands down!! This rental has been renovated beautifully!! From the luxurious bedrooms & bathrooms to the fully stocked kitchen to the bunk room with built in bunk beds, Xbox & foosball table- this place had it all!! We had so much fun with the use of the Lily pad and paddle boards!! Karl is an amazing and very gracious host!! My family, friends and I will definitely rent this unit again and most likely in combination with the sister unit( owned by Karl as well) right next door with 3 bedrooms/bathrooms!! Thank you Karl for sharing your place with us!!

I cried when I left!

Let's start with the toilet paper. I always take a few rolls with me when I travel because let's face it-it's always one-ply. Even the best houses and hotels skimp on toilet paper. Not this one! No skimping on anything! Everything was simply perfect. The owner, Karl is super. Very accommodating and kind. He checked in on us and was ready to help in any way. The views from each floor were spectacular, with the best being from the main bedroom. I could lie in my bed and gaze out at the water-it was stunning day or night. Lots of great lake toys-a lily pad, paddle boards and noodles. In the downstairs room, there's a new foosball table which spawned more than a few competitions. The main gathering room has an enormously long bar dividing the kitchen and living area-big open room with a tv and very comfy couch and chairs. We spent each day just lounging on the lily pad and soaking in the sun. We played cards and made s'mores and gazed at the beautiful starry night sky. It was perfect. And I really did cry when we left. I've never done that before, but it truly was perfect. Thank you, Karl!!!!!!

The All Around Best Experience!

I don’t really have enough superlatives to describe our essentially flawless experience, from start to finish! Karl is absolutely amazing (even though he’s a UT Longhorn! 😁), and we feel as though we gained a new friend in him! He gave us so much helpful information about the condo, location, boat rentals, and area boating routes. He was available at all times, too! The condo itself is magnificent!!! It has absolutely everything you could need on a stay at the lake and more. The condo, with all its beautiful rooms, looks and has the feel of something straight out of a vacation magazine. There are also magnificent views and two great balcony/patios overlooking the lake. The private pier is really nice and proved to be perfect for our sons to fish off of, and for docking the boat we rented. The paddle boards were like new and were great fun for everyone, too! My two teenaged sons had a ball in the lower level bedroom with the cool foosball table, X-box, big beanbag chairs, bunks, private bathroom, and direct access to patio/pier!! They didn’t want to leave! Everything in this condo is fresh, new, clean and beautiful! One of our very best stays and there’s no way you’d be disappointed!! Dawnette Nelson

Location, Location, Location!!!

Shoreline Unit B and C are in the absolute best location in Horseshoe Bay. Open water views to the North and the Horseshoe Bay Resort, marina, and Yacht Club are only a few hundred yards from the deck.

The last owner just finished remodeling this unit in Summer 2016 and it turned out beautifully.

Notice: Rental of this property does not give access to the HSB Yacht Club or other HSB amenities. If you bring a boat, please make arrangements beforehand to park your boat trailer elsewhere as it cannot be parked at the Shoreline Townhomes Complex..
