SITUATION: 100m from the slopes of La Turche, in the residence Les Drakkkars A and on the 3rd and last floor with lift. Free shuttle service a few meters from the residence and about 800 m from the center.
Apartment, with a surface area of 121 m², including 9 m² below 1.80m, was completely renovated in 2017 and is classified as 3-star to comfortably accommodate 12 people. It has a balcony with a magnificent view of the slopes of La Turche, 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeping areas.
SOUTH / EAST FACING
DESCRIPTION: the apartment is in a duplex and allows each of the guests to find their privacy.
On the ground floor:
The entrance leads to a corridor where there is a separate toilet, access to the first floor via a narrow staircase and the living area.
A pleasant lounge, equipped with comfortable armchairs and a sofa facing the fireplace. A French window gives access to the balcony.
At the end of the living room is a first bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), flat screen TV and convenient storage.
The dining room, away from the living room but with direct access, can comfortably accommodate 10 people but is designed for 12. the kitchen is separated from the dining area by a door frame.
The sleeping area, which is accessed via another corridor to the left of the entrance door, serves as a dessert:
an attic bathroom with a bathtub,
a small room with a 90 x 190 cm single bed and a window
a one-eyed mountain corner with a (2x80) bed
a large attic bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, flat screen TV: access to this room is via the mountain corner described above.
On the first floor: the mezzanine opening onto the living room and equipped with a desk, dessert:
a bathroom with shower and WC
a large "dormitory" room with bunk beds and a single bed: all beds are 90 x190
a pretty room with a double bed in 140 x 190
COMFORT : The raclette and fondue machines are ready to plug in! Particularly well equipped (induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, small electrical appliances...) electric heating, mixer, party crep, iron and table, baby coat, high chair, WIFI,NESPRESSO machine.
The floors of the apartment are made of parquet flooring with the exception of the toilets, bathrooms and toilets, which are tiled.
