The property was great. We enjoy staying out of the main PCB traffic; on Thomas Drive. This condo is more at the back of property so it's a little bit of a walk to pool and beach; which was fine for us. Hammerhead Fred's restaurant is across the street, which is great and Walmart is about a mile away. We parasailed this time, so there was the kiosk booth next door on the beach in front of the Summit.

Spring break

We enjoyed excellent whether, beautiful sand for beach volleyball and walking, tasty seafood and other fun.

Not Handicap Accessible

First and Last time booking with this company. Booked a beach front condo originally, got moved to another place, then moved again— no beach front views. We only kept the condo because we figured it wasn’t too far from the beach, we were wrong. We brought our handicap grandmother with us, so getting moved to this condo was an inconvenience. She only got the leave the condo 2 times during our trip because the stairs were too much for her to walk up and down. She Only went to the beach 1 time because there is another flight of stairs to get to the beach. If I would have known it wasn’t handicap accessible, i would have canceled and found a condo that had an elevator at least. Condo was very nice and clean. Just wasn’t what we were expecting and kind of ruined our trip. We’ve been going to PCB for the last 5 years and never experienced a place that wasn’t handicap friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry the mobility challenges impacted your grandmother's trip so much — that's exactly the kind of thing we want to help guests avoid, and we're sorry we didn't get the chance to do that for you. A quick note on the property change: the original condo booked was sold by the owner, which is unfortunately outside our control. When that happens, we always offer guests the choice between a full refund or a move to another property, and in this case you chose to relocate and selected the replacement property. We also want to clarify that neither the original condo nor the one you moved to was ever listed as handicap accessible, and we received no notification on the reservation that accessibility was a requirement for your group. When our team checked in with you during your stay, you raised no concerns, so we didn't have the opportunity to look at other options or offer support at the time. We wish you'd have let us know—we can often accommodate accessibility needs if we know in advance. We're glad the condo itself was clean and comfortable, and we're sorry the overall experience didn't live up to what you've come to expect from your past PCB trips.

Lovely condo! The only problem was not on ground floor. I had my 91yo Mother with me.
