Peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday home by the beach

Our 4 bedroom character house can accommodate max 18 people. Awesome utility area with a large deck and the extra full bathroom at back. Another outside shower for a quick rinse. Short walk to the beach, 3 mins drive to the boat ramp and 1 min drive to the town centre. Lots of parking on the property, even for your boat!

We have just had a complete re fit including 4 new 7 zone orthopedic beds with aloe vera enriched fabric. Plush and very comfortable.

The second bedroom has an extra sleeping space with a double bed for kids. There is another double bed in the playroom for extra guests (bedding is not included for this one), you just need to bring your own beddings for the extra guests.

Please bring your own towels as they are not provided.

This is not a party house, no loud music and noise after 10:30pm. Please respect the neighbors. No drugs, No smoking and no excessive drinking .

We’re a family of four with two young boys, aged 4 and 2, and Pauanui holds a special place in our hearts. We purchased this holiday home because we wanted our boys to grow up making unforgettable memories here—spending their days swimming at the beach, fishing with family, learning to play golf, riding bikes, exploring the outdoors, and simply enjoying the freedom and magic of a classic Kiwi beach holiday.

Some of our favourite moments are the simple ones: watching the boys build sandcastles, catching their first fish, enjoying family barbecues after a day in the sun, and creating the kind of memories that last a lifetime.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have this special place and would love to share it with others. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or simply looking for a relaxing escape, we hope you’ll enjoy Pauanui and our home as much as we do.
