The property is flat from the cottage to the large dock which has all day sun.
There is a new wood burning barrel sauna to relax and destress in before jumping into the lake.

If you are an early riser the breathtaking sunrise on the dock is perfect for morning yoga or just a peaceful sip of coffee while watching the steam come off the water.
There is a Stand up paddle board, canoe and two children’s kayaks at your disposal to explore the lake. Deep clean water off the dock is perfect for swimming.

After dinner take a 5 minute stroll to the private Beach on Kaminiskeg Lake to watch the sun set. Views that will remind you of your last Caribbean vacation.
At the beach the water is crystal clean with a nice sandy bottom and shallow waters extending far, making it perfect for children.

In the evening enjoy a campfire under the stars with views of the moon reflecting on the lake and sounds of loon calls.

Entertain seamlessly from the kitchen into the Madawaska screened Room via an impressive expanse window that adjoins the two spaces. The Madawaska room has lake views and trees all around that will make you feel like you are in a tree house. Enjoy a meal outside without the bugs or on a rainy day enjoy some of our many boardgames while listening to the sound of rain in the forest.

The cottage offers a wood burning fireplace with plenty of new comfortable seating.

Three bedrooms on the main floor and two bathrooms. The Primary bedroom has a new king sized bed with stunning lake views and an ensuite bathroom of your dreams with heated floors, a freestanding tub and a walk in pebble stone shower. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream with spectacular lake views and an oversized island with 6 comfortable stools perfect for entertaining.
No Need to bring any storybooks for your children. We have an amazing selection of children books for all ages. Some toys available as well.

The walkout basement has easy access to the lake fire pit and sauna. The basement living area has a large TV with a comfortable new sectional sofa for the whole family. There is an office and gym area behind barn doors that can be closed when focusing on leisure. Pool table, Table tennis

The bunkroom has New Zealand Pine bunkbeds that are sturdy and have that cottage vibe. The second primary bedroom has stunning lake views, a comfortable new king sized bed and walkout sliding door to the lake. There is a full bathroom on this floor as well.

Excellent fishing on both lakes. Grocery store and lcbo are just 15 mins away. A nearby cottage market and many restaurants to choose from. Just a three-hour drive from Toronto and two hours from Ottawa, this getaway offers unparalleled luxury and convenience for an unforgettable escape.

In Winter the cottage is close to snowmobile trails, stay with your group and warm up in the sauna or with a warm bevy by the fire after adventuring all day.
You will find it difficult to resist waking up early to watch the spectacular sunrise over the lake. If you are lucky you may catch the Northern lights over the cottage visible from the dock.
