We truly enjoyed our stay!!!! We celebrated my niece before she gets married!! It was the perfect place/location to stay! It had exactly what we were looking for!!!! Although we did not do the UTV trails that’s on our list for next time!!! We had a ton of fun!!! The firepit was great, the hot tub was fantastic and the outdoor area was all around super!!! The house was so well equipped…really a great place!!!!

One of the best rentals we've stayed at!

This place is FANTASTIC! It's clearly a newly remodeled home and has been very well kept and is clean. There were so many amenities from so many towels, to extra toothpaste in case we forgot, to kids toys. This was an excellent place to stay for a few families with young kids, had a nice outdoor patio, was safe for young kids, and within 15 minutes of good golfing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful! The area felt well secluded but not alone which was a nice safety feel. Big enough for three families of four or five and perfect for all ages. The outdoor setting was perfect and would be for all seasons. The thing that sets this house out from the rest is how well stocked it is. If you've forgotten something, don't worry they have you covered. Shampoo, body wash, lotion, mouthwash even down to a brand new tooth brush in each bathroom. I would 100% recommend for families wanting to spend some quality time together.

Beautiful house and property

This place is great. I feel like we could have forgot all our stuff and still would have been fine here. House appears brand new. Great outdoor space. Host was the best. She even helped me book an additional property down the street as I needed another house. And she dropped off a crockpot for us. Highly recommended.

Terrific!

A perfect place for our two family branches - Minneapolis and Chicago - to meet. Plenty of space. Lovely open kitchen/living room area. Nearby recreational facilities- beach, hikes, golf - satisfied all our needs. The managers were instantaneously responsive to even the most mundane requests. Overall a perfect choice for our holiday.

Beautiful Home and Setting

This home and property fit our family very well. The amenities (like toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss and mouthwash) were over the top. Even Smore fixings! Wow! The inventory of equipment like cornhole, fishing rods and more were great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very adequate. Could use a few more pots and pans, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, plastic glasses and oven mitts. Those would have been appreciated, but we survived. :)

Family Christmas

Our family enjoyed this spacious, well-appointed house. We were together for a Christmas gathering and the house was decorated for the holidays which made it very festive. The property manager was attentive, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. One call out is that this is a split level. There are steps to get to any of the living areas. That was not a problem for our group but could be for anyone with mobility issues. We had a very nice stay and would reserve again.

Memorial

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Retreat on Pete, a truly exceptional Vrbo. From the moment we stepped thru the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. This charming cabin offered us a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. Conveniently located a few feet from the lake, fantastic parks and additional attractions specified in a binder on the coffee table. Every detail has been meticulously thought out ensuring both style and comfort. The spacious rooms were very tastefully decorated, creating an ambiance of elegance and relaxation. Implacably clean, the amenities provided surpassed our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms provided all essential toiletries. Everything was provided with utmost care and attention. There were a couple of baskets that welcomed us containing treats to make s'mores, card games and a few different additional games. The accommodation itself was outstanding. We highly recommend this Retreat on Pete Vrbo to anyone seeking an ordinary stay, this will surpass your expectations. Thank you Retreat on Pete for a relaxing, enjoyable and fantastic stay.

Absolutely one of the best!

The house is amazing! Sometimes owners will cut corners, or skimp on some of its features, but this is not one of those places. Everything from the softness of the linens to the comfiness of the furniture (LOVED the sofa sack chairs!!) to the abundance of plates/dishes/glasses/etc, there wasn't a thing overlooked. In fact, when I asked if a blender was provided we were told "I don't think there is but let me check." Then I got a message later that day that said, "I went out and bought one for you to use. You'll find it on the counter." And the style they chose matched everything else that was in the kitchen- top of the line and high quality! The backyard area was perfect for our volleyball-playing family. We were able to put up a net AND have space for spectators to watch from the patio. Plus there was a fire pit (WITH chairs!) for a relaxing night of stories and 'smores! Our families love our get-togethers, and this one was exceptional because of everything about this place. Would I recommend this gorgeous home to others? Without a doubt, YES!

Getaway

We wanted to rent this property based on the listing on the web. I liked the location because it was a short distance from the lake. We enjoyed the house as it seemed newly updated. The property itself was a nice decent size for a family of 14. We loved the fire pit and the gazebo! The kitchen was our favorite, it was big enough to host a family meal. The room accommodations were good as well. Overall I give this house and space a 4 star.
