Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Welcome to our 2 bed, 2 bath farmhouse located on a full acre in Niagara wine country! Renovated in 2023, this home is a 5 minute drive to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake & 20 minutes to Niagara Falls.

A backyard escape w/ conversational circle, patio dining set, large lawn, BBQ, privacy, complemented w/ WIFI, free parking, clean linens & towels - our space is ideal for up to 4 travellers looking for an honest home with caring hosts!

Our home is complemented with WIFI, smart TV (with ability to connect to guests own streaming accounts), free parking for up to 4 cars, BBQ, coffee & tea and more!

We allow up to one dog, under 50 pounds. Please inquire.

A beautiful house with a lovely fully supplied kitchen which even had labels to help find things. Very very comfortable and spacious and communications with Erica were always answered promptly

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. We especially loved the backyard and the view of the vineyards. The location was very convenient to NOTL wineries. The host(s) were very responsive and good communicators.This is an older house that has been completely updated. It retains some of the charm of an older building, but at the same time feels/looks brand new. Lots of lights and all the light switches and cabinets are labeled.A few details that may/may not be important to you specifically. Since it is an older home, the original wood floors do creak. The step up into the tub is high - it was about 22-24" (56-61cm), so if you have mobility issues you would want to use the shower downstairs. The home is on three levels - shower and sitting room on the lower, kitchen and living room on the middle, two bedrooms and office on the third level. A/C is located on the 2nd and 3rd levels. We were there on perhaps the hottest weekend of the year and they did cool down the house - although we did have to leave the bedroom doors open at night to get airflow from the 3rd level AC.If you are taller (I'm 6'2"/188cm) note that both beds have footboards so you don't want to be tall enough that your feet hang over the end. I also managed to hit my head twice while doing down the stairs from the 3rd to 2nd floor.

Great stay

We spent a wonderful weekend at the property with my parents, who were visiting from abroad.Well located for enjoying the local vineyards. Loved the outdoor space.

Tranquillity in the Vineyards

The holiday home was fantastic. The kitchen was so convenient and new. All the dishes, glasses and utensils you would ever need were there. Coffee and teas were provided which we much appreciated and saved us a trip to a grocery. The decor was tastefully done and the huge bed was shear luxury. Sitting outside surrounded by vineyards was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect. Out of the city by 9 minutes but easily accessible to shopping and the Shaw Theatre. We loved this location and could easily live in this home.Erica was so responsive to us and checked to see if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. There Wasn’t

Good location and nice view of the vineyards. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. House layout was a bit different than expected, but it was clean and in a nice, quiet area.

Getaway weekend in wine country

The home is situated in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, wineries, breweries and shopping. The owner was very responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations. The home was spotless; very clean and comfortable. The minute you walked in, it felt like your home away from home. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this property to others. Five stars! othersoth9megtecommwndations.
