The house was one of the best designed holiday homes we have stayed in as a multi generational family. The views are great, the bedrooms large, the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our family weekend away.

Balllakup house was a pleasure to stay in.The grass trees and house meld together creating a serene, relaxing and very Australian atmosphere.The host was easy to communicate with.We had lunch at Millbrook winery and walked Kitty's gorge trail which I would highly recommend.

A Beautiful property, the layout was great for our extended family. The bush trail right on the back door was perfect for the littlies. The large bathtub was also great to warm up in at the end of the day.

Ballakup house is a lovely place to stay. It is in a beautiful setting surrounded by native bush and has a wonderful outlook out the front. It is very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed playing games in the evening, it was nice to be off a screen!Jarrahdale has lots of beautiful walks and places to see. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts who replied promptly and were very friendly. They provided a very helpful, interactive email about the house and Jarrahdale. Thanks :)

We stayed at Ballakup for our wedding, so there was plenty of rooms for each of our bridal party to stay in. There was a beautiful large living/dining/kitchen space that was perfect for everyone to spend time in together. It was great having the large patio out the front for our morning coffee and breakfast. We loved how it was separated into two wings with 2 bedrooms in each wing. This made it feel more separate for our friends that were staying. The hosts were very prompt with messaging and responding to any questions were had. There was lots of spare blankets for the cold nights! We can’t wait to spend our anniversary there.
