Welcome to our stylish home that offers a spectacular views of the lake and the cityscape in all directions from our panoramic private terrace.

Situated in Toronto's St. Lawrence neighbourhood, The Core, Distillery District and The Waterfront are nearby neighbourhoods. Heritage Toronto, Toronto's First Post Office & Museum, St. James' Park, Toronto Sculpture Garden, David Crombie Park and Imagine Cinemas Market Square are all within walking distance.

Our suite includes living room, kitchen with bistro area, ensuite laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, huge private terrace with spectacular north, south, east and west views both day and night. This is a non smoking building. You cannot smoke not inside nor outside of unit.

After a fun day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family in the spacious living area and watch a movie or a sports game on our 65" smart Tv.

Our Italian modern kitchen has built-in high end Gaggenau appliances including a tall Gaggenau wine fridge. The Corian countertop has an integrated sink.

The master bedroom features a European king-sized bed with a dresser, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi and separate shower and walk out to the huge terrace.

The 2nd bedroom/office features a European queen-sized revolving Murphy CLEl bed which easily rotates into a large-sized desk with a 65" TV mounted to the panel.
Check out the large terrace and relax on the 2 seating areas and 2 loungers with North, South, East, and West views!

The building offers amenities including Gym, Sauna, and Hot Tub. There are also 2 bicycles available to use and take advantage of the biking paths around the building including the waterfront.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi within an internet speed of up to 2 Gbps, and 1 free parking spot are all provided during your stay!

Other things to note

* Our building only allows 6 months minimum rental. A pre-scheduled appointment will be scheduled to release unit keys, mailbox key, and garage access.

* Bi-weekly cleaning is required and included
