Excellent location and accommodation

It worked really well to stay in Belmont to see all of the things and people we wanted to see all over Boston. The house was neat and it was helpful to have the 1/2 bath since we are a family of four. The front porch was great for sitting and relaxing when it wasn’t too hot.

Perfect spot to call home base as we explored Boston area. House had plenty of amenities and a washer and dryer to keep up with our laundry. Joanne was very attentive and a great hostess. Highly recommend…loved having room to spread out Super clean and as described.

Peaceful & Comfortable

We were in town for a family gathering nearby, and Joanne’s home was the perfect resting spot for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Joanne was an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Thank you, Joanne!

Amazing host amazing stay

Super sweet host. She made sure everything was clean and ready to go. Beds were super comfy and the PILLOWS omg!!! Literal heaven! She left a nice treat for us, but unfortunately none of us really drink. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kind gesture on her behalf. 10/10 recommend and would love to return and stay here again!

Great location and very clean. There are three beds we only used two. The beds are very small and uncomfortable, we slept badly while staying here. There is one full bathroom. The second “bathroom”is a tiny room with just a toilet. No sink, no mirror just a toilet. I would not recommend this property to anyone with more than two people.

This is a beautiful home! It is located in a lovely area and close to everything. There was attention to details unlike other properties we have rented. The owners were very responsive with questions we had. We will definitely be returning guests. Close to shopping, a short Uber ride to the city centre and the community is lovely and clean. There were zero complaints from any of us. Most importantly, it was SPOTLESS.

Wonderful owner!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Boston and surrounding areas. It was outside the hustle and bustle of the city, which we greatly appreciated. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. I recommend the Italian place. Joanne, the owner, is wonderful! She lives upstairs. She was so kind and super responsive when we had an issue. (Just as a point of reference, we Ubered in and out of the city. It was about 25 per trip from anywhere in the city to the house. The subway would have been much cheaper, but the Uber was much quicker.)
