This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 10 with one king bed, two queen beds, one twin bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a roll-away bed. High-end finishes throughout in this brand new townhouse including a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, private laundry and a private garage. The private deck and walk-out patio offer beautiful treed and mountain views and access to a hiking trail. Take advantage of the nearby shuttle stop that will have you anywhere within the resort in just minutes, or take the half mile walking and biking path to River Run Village. Guests of The Alders have access to the shared pool and hot tubs at Dakota Lodge in River Run Village.

The entryway offers a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows, allowing you to enjoy the natural light that shines through.. There's a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just off the living area is access to the private deck with beautiful mountain views. Sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom is also on the main level. It features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and flat screen smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a bench. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Downstairs are two guest bedrooms and a den. The den has a flat screen TV, a bar, with 2 stools and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a private entrance to the downstairs bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a flat screen TV. A twin roll-away bed is available for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a guest bathroom downstairs and it has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 3 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Quiet Summer Getaway

This was a perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony had amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. The river was and shops were within walking distance along the paved paths. We were not allowed to grill due to HOA rules, so that was our only disappointment. We would book again!

Great Family Ski Trip

Spacious very nice townhome great location

We were very pleased with this townhome it was more spacious than we thought so great for families and it was a great location. It was clean and had things well stocked. My only slight suggestion would to put a small table and a couple of chairs on the bottom floor patio. We would definitely book this again.

Wonderful Stay!

I plan weddings in the mountains and often want to bring my kiddos. I found this property that was kid friendly, had plenty of space and hosted myself, sitter, mother and kiddos perfectly! Communication was great and when I texted him that we're packed but stuck with a broke car in the garage he offered to help! Will be back!

We love coming to Keystone, and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. The views from the back balcony were so beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group. Our teenagers loved having their own floor with hangout space. They said the downstairs beds were fine for them. We especially loved having access to the pool and hot tub at the Dakota. We enjoyed it every evening after exploring during the day. The Alders is a quiet community, and we loved our stay here. The only thing we noticed was that the water pressure is a little low for showers. We certainly hated to head back home after a week in this rental.

Back on love seat in the living room was brokenLeft back foot of the washing machine missing so inserted board to stable it.Beds downstairs were acceptable, but not comfortable.Regardless, we will consider future stays in the Alders. We had stayed in the Alders #698 in December 2024 which was GREAT.

The living room has seating for 6 with comfortable sofa and loveseat that recline as well as a recliner. Nice thick towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of room throughout the duplex. Now for the areas needing improvement. Everyone complained about the mattresses in all three bedrooms being as hard a slab of granite. Beds in the two bed in the first level looked like something out of Army barracks. Toiletteries were substandard, micro bars of soap that were impossible to use, tiny shampoos and conditioners.

The master bedroom was the only decent mattress; however, the memory foam made it feel like we were sinking into the bed all night. The location was wonderful and views were wonderful, but we left the rental a day early due to the lack of sleep because of the mattresses.

The air mattress they supplied was not so good. Its a big house that could use some more actual beds or even a couple bunks for kids.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
